Frequently out of things. On a previous visit, they were completely out of tea (and were still out a week later). This visit, they were out of the seasoned breakfast potatoes and cold brew. Whoever is in charge of ordering stuff needs to figure it out.

Dirty establishment. Dining area, soda machine, floors all dirty. Bathroom was disgusting. New management needed to get that place cleaned up. I do not recommend eating there. It is hard to say how bad kitchen is with the rest of the place being in su h a mess.

Honestly this is like the 8th time they’ve forgotten/ messed up our order I’m very disappointed as someone who works in fast food you are waisting so much product I did not ask for and they forgot my fries last time my boyfriend got attitude from one of the workers cause they didn’t wanna give him the boo book he paid for and they never customize the food the way I order it which is upsetting , I would love to eat here more if the staff was nicer and actually got the order right 🙂

This is the worst Wendy’s I have ever experienced. The burger buns were dry and discolored the meat was over cooked. The bigger meal was cold. The cashier took for ever to come take my order, etc.

Check your bags at the drive thru. They are sending their sandwiches out without any meat or chicken on them!
