I’m from the west coast and Marcos is the best big chain in the south thus far. Better than Papa John’s, Pizza Hut, Domino’s, and whoever else I’m missing. My whole family loves the thin crust it’s so good and has the right amount of crisp and crunch.

This is my first and last time going to this Marcos Pizza. I ordered 2 medium pizzas and an order of boneless hot wings. The staff was great. I ordered over the phone and went in the store for pickup. It was ready when I got there. I did not open the boxes to check until I got home and boy were we surprised! There was a whole what looked like cooked roach in our wings!!
We called the store back immediately and the manager was really nice and offered to refund us and offered to make us more wings. I declined. I threw everything in the trash. I am more concerned about this roach and if it could happen to someone else. Very disappointing experience. I won’t be back.

Ordered an Ultimate Magnifico (My transaction number was 102100085), my third one in as many months and what was supposed to be Old World pepperoni, Old World sausage, Italian sausage and pepperoni turned out to be Italian sausage, pepperoni and ham! The crust was limp, almost soggy — something that is hard to do when there is light sauce. The ball was dropped on this order all the way around.

With one driver, why are delivery orders being taken? Ordered at 5:15, promise time at 5:45, didn’t get until 6:30!
Guess I will have to stop ordering from Marco’s for awhile, atleast until they get their act together.
EDIT (8/22/24): STILL with the drivers! Made the order at 7:25, promised delivery at 8:00. Called at 8:10 and was told the driver was JUST leaving! I already put them down for some time because of this. This time I won’t be going back EVER!!

As a regular customer, I was very disappointed to find my order outside on the ground! No one knocked on my door, and I did NOT select contact free delivery.
When I reached out to the store the associate was very rude, and did not seem genuinely concerned.
When I asked if there was a way to file a complaint, I was advised that I would have to “look up the information online.”Which I did!
This is the second bad experience with this location.
My last order was not fresh, and my order was displayed as “delivered,” when in fact it to another 20 minutes for my order to arrive.

The young man working the front counter gets an A+ in Customer Service. He was cheerful & helpful. After he made sure I was happy with my purchase, he came around the counter to help the customer prior to me get her drinks (while I grabbed napkins) & opened the door for both of us to exit. The workers in the kitchen were jovial while busy at their tasks. The pizza tasted great! Kudos to the whole team

Ok so , 1st time , we got 3 pizzas that hadn’t been cut at all , second time we got anchovie pizza when it was supposed to be hamburger , they sent out a new pizza immediately … which is amazing … however this third time , the pizza was cut like a puzzle and there was no kind of garlic sauce , Parmesan or anything and one pizza was kind of burned . I know mistakes happen but , 3 times in a row ? I have to say , they have lost my business at this point . And I’m sad about that because I liked this place when I was in Texas .
