Shoutout to Juju for taking care of us! She made sure our first visit to this location was awesome and provided us with great service! We came in for pitch a friend night, and it was buzzing. Truly a fun atmosphere! Even though it was busy, we got our food at reasonable times and I was impressed with that. Wings were good, and waffle fries always hit the spot! I tried their lemonade for the first time, and it was good!

I love me some wings! Came in and surprisingly, it wasn’t crazy busy. We sat down and order our drinks, our waiter got the drinks wrong but it was fine. Holy Mac was ordered and this was so good! You can’t go wrong with Holy Mac. Order 15 wings and it was a good variety with drums and wings. Tator tots were decent as well, good amount for 2 people to split. Overall, good was great and service was decent.

Had an amazing experience at Pluckers Wing Bar! The food was great as always, but what really made our visit stand out was the service. Our waitress, Megan, was absolutely fantastic—super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. She checked on us often without being overbearing and had such a great attitude that made the whole experience even better. It’s rare to get service that genuinely makes you feel welcomed, and Megan definitely delivered that. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Came here for a quick bite and the food was good had some of their wings, loaded waffle fries and burger with a dessert at the end. Tried their friend pickles which were juicy and crunchy. Their drinks were also good and strong.

This place is top notch, we ordered an appetizer and then asked the waiter Miram about adult beverages and while speaking to her our appetizers came out the service is amazing! This food is top tier and really see why this place is the go to on a Saturday night! I would recommend to have your waitress to be Miram her knowledge of the place and their food is impressive! Please please try them out!

Always a pleasant experience at this pluckers. The host greeted us kindly and accommodated us to our needs even though we originally did not request a booth. Our server Meghan was Outstanding in every area. Greeted us quickly got us drinks refills & even brought a plastic spoon for our baby’s applesauce! And neighbor servers were also kind. Most importantly food was 10/10 came out quick and hot & exactly as we ordered.

We had such a great experience at Pluckers in Addison thanks to our server, Laura! She was super friendly, attentive, and made sure our table was always taken care of. She checked in on us often without being overbearing, got all of our orders right, and had an awesome attitude the whole time. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests having a good time. The food was great, but Laura honestly made the visit even better. We’ll definitely be coming back and asking for her!

I was pretty disappointed with my visit to Pluckers. The seating was uncomfortable and noticeably worn, which made it hard to relax and enjoy the meal.
My fries came out cold, which was frustrating, especially given the prices. The food overall felt overpriced for the quality we received.
That said, the service was very nice and attentive. The staff did their best and were friendly throughout the visit. I just wish the food and interior matched the level of service.

I had an outstanding experience during my visit. Leslie provided exceptional service and was incredibly attentive throughout my time there. I settled in at the bar area, and they even took the time to change the channel so I could catch my favorite team in action. I will undoubtedly return soon!
