A white guy supposed to grate us never did, even after his colleague asked him to he just kept ignoring us. We stood there and waited and waited watching him managing his stuff while avoiding looking at us. At the end a guy from back kitchen dropped his work and took our order. What a disappointing experience, seriously disgusted!!!

Food is average but the 5 stars is for Armando, Jimena, and Belen behind the counter- super friendly and helpful despite being wildly crowded and crazy on a Saturday afternoon. They looked more tired than the folks coming off the mountain but were really awesome. Unexpected high note to my Bear Mountain experience 🙂 thank you guys, really appreciate your hard work!
