Every now and then my wife and I will try some new place for breakfast. We always come back. Best chicken fried steak in the area. It’s quiet and the servers are friendly. The slower pace and small town atmosphere makes for a relaxing experience. Love it!

We went there for breakfast for the first time, and I found a very long hair in my biscuit. I didn’t notice it at first, but I could feel it in my mouth while I was chewing—and it was absolutely disgusting. I nearly threw up. To make things worse, the biscuit itself wasn’t even freshly made; it had clearly been reheated in the microwave. The whole experience was really disappointing.

Super nice people and very good food. It’s real food. I had the bacon and eggs breakfast, and everything was perfectly cooked and seasoned, the hash browns especially. They have good coffee too. Their cheeseburger is surprisingly good, they use really soft buns and the cheese is melted and everything. The chicken fried chicken dinner is also quite good and I’m glad they have it on hand, but I think I’m going to have to come back on a Thursday if I’m ever in town again to get some of their real homemade fried chicken. The portions were just right, too, totally reasonable for the price. Overall, it’s worth the drive if you’re a bit far out.

Stopped in for breakfast and found exactly what we were looking for. A nice “homemade” breakfast without the messy kitchen to clean up. We had pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, and fruit with yogurt. It was all very delicious! I came back 2 days later and got biscuits and gravy to go which was some of the best I’ve had.
