Brought my son here for his 6th birthday and Ms Michelle made his dinner even more brighter from the time she was told it was his birthday she went out her way to make sure he felt celebrated even gathered some staff to sing happy birthday and we appreciated it sooooo much,his ready to go back to see his new friend already …food wasn’t bad but could be rotated more often but over all our visit was everything we didn’t expect in a awesome way we’ll be returning soon to visit our new friend

It was a nice clean buffet when I was there for lunch. A great selection at a reasonable price, about the same cost as a chicken sandwich or hamburger at some places. There are so many items to choose from. I went back for seconds on the collard greens, a southern dish, and one that is hard to find good seasoned greens. They sure have it there. Great salad bar, good desert selection. I had cheesecake and Peach Cobbler. The bathrooms were quite clean. The staff were all nice and friendly. My experience was positive dining here.

Food was below mid. We did get here exactly an hour before close though. Pineapple was gross and so was the broccoli (both sour). Everything else was just okay. On the upside, Michelle was an amazing server and she was extremely sweet! We really appreciate her service and she always checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. She went above and beyond and deserves a good review (:

We specifically drove eighty two miles here for my birthday day lunch. Nearly two hours. We were excited to eat at a Golden Corral as it has been been years since they closed the one down in our town. So we Googled Maps searching and chose this location. The service is lousy. Four different servers and no drinks brought to the table. The first one took the drink slip after waiting 20 minutes and never came back. I then got up from the table tacked her down and went behind employees only doors to get help and she denied taking the the drink slip. I told her directly it was her who took from it from the table. I waved down another server who said they would get the drinks and he talked to the server who denied it. Then he took our long receipt and didn’t come back. I saw him busting more table and had to ask him where our drinks were. After him I asked another who said they would get them. The guy finally came with the drinks. About another 20 minutes later. Then he came back and offered a refill on one, but never came back. We sat there for another 20 minutes. Nobody offered refilled or ever came back until I had to get the manager involved. By then we each finally got a refill. As were were having our dessert and by then our meal was over they were filling the table up with drinks.The manager told me, she told them took make sure the drinks come. I told to look at all the drinks by all them now, after the meal was over. She chuckled. Too many, too late. We got up to leave and there were about ten cups filled with drinks. It was the most ridiculous service I have have gotten at a restaurant. The manager did comp our drinks and gave coupons in the end. It’s to bad our experience had to come to getting a manager involved and wait around for service. Especially when you spend $100. And the server on the meat station cutting steak and ribs had a very bad attitude. Several customers were talking about his demeanor as we were getting food. He seemed annoyed and unhappy to serve.

Well first off let me start with this is the WORST golden corral I’ve ever been to. I will walk you step by step first the greeter at register look discussing like they just woke up late and came on to work not a good sight to see when you enter in resturant or should I say barn. Second they never have any fresh food you walk the food bar and salad bar food everywhere nothing is refilled food never looks pleasant salad bar NEVER has fresh salad or items to put on the salad everything just looks unpleasant. I had the guy that does the steaks to cut me a medium well steak while cutting to put on my plate he drops the steak on the counter and tries to give me the steak on my plate I looked at him like he bumped his head sir that fell on the counter smh. The desserts are not that pleasing and let’s not forget about the plates from the kitchen evertime I picked up a plate their was food on it I mean that’s just lazy to bring plates out that’s not clean the dishwasher has to see that those dishes are not clean and still brings them out for the customers to eat off.Please do us a favor and close this place down and start all over with new staff and administration . Golden Corral should be named Dark Corral because theirs nothing Golden about this place SMH

This was one of the worst Golden Corral’s Ive ever dined in. My 42.00 plus was a total waste! We came around 7:00 pm and the restaurant wasnt clean at all. We had to search far and wide to find a clean table. Went to get food; there was hardly any food to choose from. You can look at the food that was left and tell it had been picked over and old looking. The salad bar was even worst. Filthy!!! Veggies had been picked over, all of the toppings were low and mixed with other toppings as if it hadn’t been tended to all night. The bar area was Filthy. Had not been wiped at all; dried food and salad toppings all over the area! All it takes is 10 seconds to wipe the area!!!! Picked through what I could to try to make a decent salad. As hungry as I was I couldn’t force myself to eat it because of how nasty the area was. I could only imagine what the back of the house looks like. Tried to get a dessert, there was only 3 desserts to choose from and again they looked like they had been picked over. Man who was tending to that area opened a fridge back there and bingo, there were all the desserts. I was over it at that point. The only reason I left a tip because the sever was nice. There is a serious issue with Management at this place or the store was running on auto pilot. There was no way as a manager that you could walk by and see how filthy and unattended the stations were and accept it and just let it be. Im very disappointed! If I didn’t think that I would have to argue with the already confused staff I would have asked for a refund!

We circled back to Golden Corral after a previous visit that had a few bumps in the road, and I’ve got to say — the team really executed a strong pivot. This latest experience was a total win. Our server delivered best-in-class service, stayed on top of everything, and created a frictionless dining experience end-to-end. The food was hot, fresh, and flavorful — exactly what you hope for when you walk through the door.

I want to give a big shout-out to the General Manager, Tiffany, for clearly running a tight ship and setting the bar high. Her leadership shows. She takes customer service seriously and treats the restaurant like a true business asset — and that pride translates directly to the guest experience.

Net-net: great service, great food, great value. Outstanding job by the GC team. We’ll definitely be back.

We sat for a second before my sweet tea came. We were passed by another woman working the areas. We stopped Ms Michelle and she assisted us after she got set up very quickly. She is a pleasure and made sure we didn’t run out of drinks like she promised. Awesome hostess.

3 of us went for a birthday dinner because it had been awhile and wanted a change. Well unfortunately it was horrible. If you want a steak you might want to order it Rare because you’ll get a porkchop size that’s well done. We asked numerous times and the cook was rude and got angry. The best thing was the server she fussed many times to get him to do it correct. The guys behind us filmed it and left early for the same reason.
