I use to go here all the time, but never again. Had two chicken soft tacos just a few days prior to this review. In one of them, a long hair, literally intertwined with a piece of chicken. I had taken a bite, and it was too late, had to sliver this thing out of my mouth and it was disturbing to say the least. I won’t be returning, you guys just lost a long time customer.

Super SLOW. It literally took 15 minutes to go through the drive through, and there was only 1 car in front of us.
And I’m not misusing literally. We ordered at 6:12 and got the order at 6:27. And there was, literally, 1 case in front of us in the drive through.
The quesadillas have almost no cheese in them.
There are plenty of other restaurants around this location, just about any of them will be faster and have better food.

The service is incredibly poor. We ordered through the app, and when we arrived they told us they were out of some ingredients. Instead of refunding the order they substituted fries for nachos. The worker seemed incredibly confused when I asked to cancel the order and reorder items they actually have. He said he did not know how to cancel the order. The tacos and burritos were missing basic ingredients. Very frustrating.

Taco Tuesday? I’m there! Ok, today was Saturday but anyway, I love this location. Always friendly staff & quick service. We sat inside & it’s very clean & we felt comfortable being inside for the first time in forever! The shrimp tacos are fab. (not pictured because I ate it too fast – the photo is a soft chicken taco)

Wouldn’t Recommend – poor quality food – bad customer service – prices charged are higher than posted prices – GO different franchise!
Went to drive thru and ordered 6 soft , 6 hard beef tacos and two epic Carne Asada burritos .
After having to repeat the order twice at the menu board had to repeat a third time at the window, and we still didn’t get the burritos, they gave use Carne Asada fries.
12 tacos and two fries for $21.45.
Had to wait almost ten minutes for the incorrect order, went from window to parking lot to check order and went inside as the line at drive thru was long and not moving, took another 20 minutes to get our burritos but they couldn’t correct the fries charges, so finally left at around 5:02, our original receipt was at 4:32. Needless to say fast food taco after 30 minutes are not good, whether it was the length of time or not they were cold.
They changed for their larger tacos and gave us the value ones, as you can see in the pictures are only twice the size of the sauce packets.
We asked for extra sauce packets and as you see in the pic, they gave us two.
While inside for almost 20 minutes dirty wrapping papers sat on the counter with staff and managers going back and forth.
Disgusting, place wasn’t clean, never did get the correct order, no employee spoke clear enough English to correct our charges and the food was unedable. We stopped at MCDONALD’S on our way home and ate it. I’m going back tomorrow when I don’t have the kids with me for a refund. I let you know how that goes.

Came here. Went through drive through. Drive through attendant was an unfriendly zombie.
Two Del tacos were 90% cheese, shells were broken and they weren’t wrapped so I had to go clean my car after trying to enjoy some tacos. The crane asada street taco was seriously sad. It was salty slope in a tasteless corn(?) tortilla. One bite and trash. Completely disappointing
If you staff hates their job tell them to go find another one. Do better some of us really wanted Del taco back

WOW! This place wasn’t great before but I definitely thought it would’ve got better, not worse! The whole restaurant was a mess. The bathroom was disgusting, to say the least. The manager was just walking around with her clipboard, pointing and micro-managing her employees instead of helping them bring the place to a whole! DEFINITELY WONT GO BACK!

Amber and Karina are by far the rudest people I have ever dealt with. Karina threw my credit card back at me when I paid for my order. I will never eat del taco again. I eat here 3 to 4 times a week but I will never come back.

Overcharged my card for something that was $3 gave the cashier $2.50 in quarters and told her to take the remaining money from my card and ended up paying for $5 for something that’s $3
Don’t get a job in fast food if you don’t know how to count money.
