Came to this location not too long ago. The service was awesome. The person who worked the drive thru did very well taking my order, giving me excellent customer service. Arby’s has this deal where you can get a sandwich, three sides, and a drink for $7.99. And that’s a pretty good deal. And quite a bit of food which was what I got and it was nice. I hope they keep that deal for as long as they can. All in all, it was a good experience at this particular location. And I will be back! Thanks for the excellent service!

Stopped in on January 22, 2026 for dinner. First thing we noticed was how cold it was inside. Was joking to girl working about not freezing not knowing there was no heat for real. She said she wasn’t looking forward to the next days because of winter storms coming in. Other customers said that there was no heat at all in building. There were space heaters sitting around but they wouldn’t work. Had to eat really fast to keep food from getting cold. Not very pleasant at all. Then I found from daughter that the heat wasn’t working back in November. So the owner is really slacking in their business. Customers should not freeze while eating and paying what you do for a combo there. I felt so bad for the employees that work there and them apologizing for the owners neglect of their business

Drive through was at a standstill for 15 minutes.
When I got there there were only three cars ahead of me. It took a total of 20 minutes to get through.
Also, there was a guy without a uniform standing and chatting with one of the women at the register, just kinda standing in the way. He clearly annoyed the workers, two of which gave him a glare as they walked by.
Previous trip resulted in Luke warm fries and one dip. Disappointed, won’t be back.

Multiple bad experiences. Service is always terribly slow. Only having one card reader for the whole restaurant makes the wait time even worse. Inside is always freezing. Today with my most recent visit, I sat in the left drive through lane and was skipped 4 times. Switched to the right hand lane and someone pulled up into the left hand lane and was then taken before me still. Get some management in here and get this place together.

I love Arby’s in this location is clean but the way in the Drive-Thru was incredibly long but in all honesty a lot of Arby’s take a minute but the food was great! I love the $7 box with peach cobbler turnover delicious

Amazing manager. Hannah is always kind and inviting. I usually don’t like eating in at fast food restaurants because of prior customer services I’ve had but she’s always kind and fast and friendly. Now this is the only place I come to dine in that’s fast food! Not to mention our food is always made perfect on her shifts!!

Roast beef sliders was tasty and classic. The buffalo chicken one was tough and the sauce was a bit artificial tasting. Service was friendly and very efficient. Building is older and a bit run down.

Just placed a pick up order went inside to get and girl taking orders was rude and acted like we was bothering her being there. I thought I ordered a side of cheese but did not so I bothered her again to order and she charged me $1.29 which is kind of high price but I still wanted but when she brought it out cup was half full so I asked her to fill it up and she said that is as full as it gets. I said look at it…. she would not she turned her back on us and walked away. Gentleman that worked there was watching all this go down and without us saying another word he gave us another cup of cheese at no cost… thank you sir… look at picture tell me that is as full as it gets?

Heat was out. Condiments were out. Napkins were out. Place smelled like fish. Food was cold. Hard pass on this place ever again.
