Nicole our server was a very nice lady . She looks happy and it’s nice to have a server that is happy right and that only shows that she loves her job . The food is really good I’m very impressed. It’s hard to find parking somehow and parking is free after 5pm .

This place is Pho-real. See what I did there? Invited my daughter to lunch for some deli sandwiches. Obviously they don’t do that here. My daughter wanted something different and new.

I walked in and loved the quiet little restaurant vibe. Our server was very friendly and had a beautiful smile. She patiently waited while we navigated the menu as my daughter never had Vietnamese cuisine. She ordered Pho and I ordered one of the lunch specials and I’m kicking myself because I can’t remember what.
The amount of Pho that was brought out ( food comes out fast too) was in a Saturday morning cereal bowl for 3 size. She loved it and had enough for dinner after class.
Like I said I can’t remember my order but what I do remember was the taste. That first bite was a beautiful combination of spicy and a hint of sweet. Come to think of it, I’m pretty sure it was the Cashew Chicken.The veggies added a nice crispy buffer between the noodles and chicken. Had my daughter try it and her reaction was ” oh this is way better than Panda.” Panda who?
My only complaint is that there wasn’t enough!, I could’ve had twice the amount and asked for seconds. But that’s just me being hedonistic and wanting more. This food was full of flavor and freshly cooked. The price was fantastic and the service was exceptional.

Hung Thai
Food was pretty good. The pho lacks some fresh herbs like basil so it felt incomplete. We also ordered the spicy beef which was good but a little salty and not very spicy. The Thai iced tea was on point though.

Patty and I stayed in Billings because of medical tests. We were tired from our travels. Stop for a quiet evening meal. We were treated to fine Asian food cooked from scratch. The pad Thai and sweet and sour chicken were awesome. Will eat there again.

The service at Mia’s is fantastic, Jude I believe, she is genuinely kind and hustled her butt off by herself for the lunch crowd.
What to expect: Mia’s Wok is casual dinging with possible wait times and is definitely not fast food… in a good way. Being Mia’s Wok is Down Town Billings, it does fit that hustle and bustle feeling of a down town location. It is close to several museums and historic sites and hikes of Billings, my favorite being Zimmerman Park for a scenic walk/hike.
About the food: The food was delicious, it took about as long as I’d expect for fresh food. I waited about 13 minutes. The Beef with beef meat ball Pho was something I am already planning on going back for. It was hot with fresh sprouts and their noodles are delicious and well made. I also asked for Pot Stickers which were delightfully crispy on the outside and extremely flavorful. I love Pho! This is now my Pho spot in Billings.
Edit: back again. 3-8-24. This place is consistently delicious! The service is consistently excellent.
My initial impression of Mia’s walk was “great energy”! I was also surprised and drawn in when Jude remembered me from my initial visit nearly 3 weeks prior.
Great location, amazing service and Mia’s Wok is deserving of anyone hearty appetite.

This place was a pleasant surprise. I was born in Billings and come back frequently to visit family, but I now live in Las Vegas which has a ton of great selections for various Asian meals.
Mia’s Wok was a cool little joint that mixed Thai, Filipino and Vietnamese food (in the form of Pho).
I enjoyed the food and the service was great.
It didn’t even show up on recommendations for Billings, but I would recommend it. I just happened to see it as I was driving by.

Absolutely phenomenal food at a fantastic price. Mia’s has been serving up for quite some time and is consistently good. Great seating with downtown views. I love the Pho’ myself and wife loves the different noodles they offer.
The prices are amazing for the quality of food and quantity you receive and this is my go to place for downtown lunch. Nicole is a rockstar waitress and can keep everyone’s glasses full no matter how busy, and with a smile. Make sure to tip her well as she deserves it. 🙂 10:30-3 and 5-8pm Monday through Friday.
