If I could give zero stars, I would. We ordered a famous bowl, 3 chicken sandwiches (2 non spicy, 1 spicy), 3 fries, 4 mac n cheeses, bbq tenders, and nuggets. No fries were given, missing a Mac n cheese, given 2 spicy sandwiches, 1 non spicy sandwich, but we were given an entire bag of sauces!!! Not sure what food it was to cover?! Grape jelly?! For what? We called the number on file and it goes straight to voicemail. We would need to travel 20 minutes in one direction to fix this issue. Terrible customer service. Spent $65.03. Will not return.

I can’t be too mad since customer service took care of me. And I am okay with the way they handled this. But still disappointed!!
Don’t get me wrong, we love their original chicken! It was still so good! But I was disappointed with their nuggets which texture was weird and didn’t taste as good as the chicken. I ordered a day ahead, but they messed up my order so bad with no extra fries I ordered and gave me half of nuggets and small sides for family meal….
I feel like they need to do better placing our orders seeing all these negative reviews.
But I wanted to purchase enough to last us till dinner and there was only 4 person worth of meal. I felt the shrink flation, till customer service gave me partial refund

This restaurant does not adhere to their online pick up times. My order status was listed as “ready” and I waited an additional 10 minutes once inside. The cashier was crafting origami receipts and the team had no sense of urgency. In addition, the order was incorrect and the chicken was scorched once I arrived home. Absolutely would not recommend or return.

Yesterday 12/10/2025 I don’t know what it was but the customer service, speed and food was great! They even gave me all the sauces I asked for plus some. My drink wasn’t flat the biscuit was warm and soft, my strips tasted like they got seasoned by my grandma,the fries were just right and not to much or to little salt, and my mashed potatoes were good with extra gravy….normally when I come or when I have came something was missing ,they got my order wrong drink be flat or someone is short with me or have some kind of attitude so we haven’t been in a while but Yesterday was great I went on my lunch break around 11:35 and I was absolutely satisfied..I almost thought they forgot my fork but nope it was in the bag along with napkins!!!! The ONLY reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 was they forgot my receipt im a customer that wants the receipt but I was on break and had to go but other than that great job team!!!!

I haven’t eaten fast food for a while, and I thought I would celebrate something good for myself… Big mistake. There was nobody behind me in line and they had me move up so they could bring it out to me instead of sit at the window… Seemed weird but whatever… Then the food I got wasn’t even hot… I had cold spot in the middle of my chicken sandwich! It tasted good, but I stopped eating at that point…cold in the middle is not what I wanted… but now I’ve spent all day on the toilet and I am super regretting eating there and will never go to this particular store again.

The food is definitely not as good as it used to be. We ordered 2 chicken nugget meals, they forgot the biscuit. I couldn’t finish the nuggets because they just didn’t taste good. The fries had no flavor. The door they go out to deliver drive through orders was broken so instead of standing there to close the door gently, they just let it slam. Several of the tables had not been wiped clean, had dried sauce on them. Overall not a good experience and will not go back.

THEY ARE ALWAYS COMPLETELY UNDERSTAFFED. The younger adults that work have no code for wok conduct. However BIG SHOUT OF TO THE TWO LADIES WHO RAN THE NIGHT BY THEMSELVES on New Year’s Eve. I’ve worked fast food before and the lady that was taking orders at the register inside was also having to make ALL OF THE ORDERS for the entire restaurant. I had to wait a while but everyone has a long wait tonight if you want to eat out. Good customer service is ALWAYS a way to get me to come back even if everything else is not up to “par”

Ordered meals at the drive through window. Sweet tea was warm with very little ice, chicken was dry and lukewarm (at best), fries were cold and coleslaw and chunkier than I have ever had it. Looked like someone had taken a bite out of my biscuit. Needless to say, not the service I’m accustomed to so it may be a little while before I try it again!
