My rating is specifically the experience. The people are friendly and fast, my family loves the store in front. It’s a treat, can I find a better biscuits and gravy or fried okra, maybe, but definitely not at this price point. I wouldn’t waste my time trying to find it either. Cheers!

I ordered the chicken fried chicken and it was extremely chewy and cold, they barely put any gravy on it. The hash brown casserole was soft and the fries was cold. They taste like they are old and are hard. I had to ask three times to get a refill. They wasn’t even busy. They was rushing people including myself. They kept asking are you finished or anything else or you want your ticket. I will not be back. This was a disappointment 100%

***UPDATE – Thanks to Cracker Barrel for rectifying the situation! Modifying my review to reflect the wonderful follow up from Cracker Barrel.*** Cracker Barrel is literally part of my child and adult life. This location in particular is one that I have frequented for over 20 years. For the past 5-7 years, I’ve always ordered a strawberry lemonade. I generally also get Momma’s French Toast Breakfast with all bacon. This past Saturday my family and I met for breakfast only to be told that our server was reprimanded for serving us strawberry lemonades. Apparently this location has a policy that is now being enforced which disallows patrons from ordering anything not on the menu. You have lemonade and you have strawberry syrup, so I find it difficult to understand the issue here. Next, our server let us know that he could not bring us biscuits and jam before our meal came out. Again, he indicated that his manager had reprimanded him and other staff for doing so. I’ve ALWAYS had my biscuits and strawberry jam brought out before my meal. This helps to keep our little calm and busy! Finally comes our French toast. I was absolutely furious when my plate was placed before me. The French toast is now 1/2 the portion and the bread used has changed. Regarding the meat, I always receive three slices of bacon but I was only given two. My sisters ham was 3/4 of the usual size and was tough/dry. While I will not stop eating at Cracker Barrel, I sadly will not return to this location. I hope these changes aren’t what I should come to expect from other locations!

Enjoyed our lunch here. Appreciate that they let us order lunch early versus having to eat breakfast. The service and food were very good. Recommended!

While we were waiting for our table we spent a few minutes browsing the store, you can find beautiful decorations for all occasions such as thanksgiving and Christmas. Breakfast was extremely good, I particularly love the hash browns casserole, yummy! Server was great. Nice and cozy restaurant. Plenty parking.

It’s certainly a Cracker Barrel. Fun to visit as a novelty, definitely get the dumplings at least once. Pretty clean and quick, as a whole nothing to write home about. The gift shop/entrance/restrooms/register reminds me of inception dream word, unsettling and packed in there… genuinely love confronting the moment I enter the establishment. I guess all Cracker Barrels have a focus on speed and getting tables bussed but relax . 4 extra stars because they gave me tiny hot bottles of syrup. Incredible.

I was in town for a concert and I must say everyone at this establishment was beyond friendly and welcoming. I would even say they were better than my hometown Cracker Barrel the food was delicious. (I forgot the before picture for the cinnamon skillet but as you can tell it was too good to wait for a picture) highly recommend it

Ate at the Manassas one today. Biscuits were hard, ham was hard to cut, utensils dirty (recieved two forks and a knife). Gravy, eggs, apples and sausage was good. Offered no refill on my coffee. It was 10:15am.
I thought I would try this again. Went back on Saturday 7/26/2025 around 6:30pm. Mashed potatoes were old, dumplings were clumped and not cooked, they give you 3 small pieces of chicken in this huge bowl. The best thing about this store is the shopping. Food is not what it used to be.

It was my first time at Cracker Barrel but it wasn’t my friends first time. Honestly, it was a huge selection of food but not a ton of healthy options for breakfast in my opinion. I know, I know, you don’t go to Cracker Barrel for healthy food. All I am saying they add like two option that’s a bit lower in calories. Overall the service was decent. Our waiter did mess up about three orders though. Food was standard breakfast off the highway food. Loved the store prior to entering the restaurant. My friends love it but I wasn’t personally that impressed.

Service was very very slow, ordered strawberry margarita was too sour and chicken sandwich was dry and I can say I have had more delicious Mac and cheese some where else . Loved there fresh biscuits so good. My boyfriend didn’t like service food and totally it was too expensive the the lady at the front took 15 mins to check us out.
