Came here for the first time, missing a good barbecue place since leaving Texas/Arkansas, and stopped in. Service was great, everyone was friendly and smiling. My food was ready within 5 minutes of me ordering. Everything was hot and fresh and decently priced due to the lunch special. I got 4 ribs, 2 sides and a drink for $15, which is a steal! If I am ever back in the Ripley area, I most definitely will be stopping back here!!!

First time at this location. Loved the Tupelo location before they moved. Had the bologna sandwich and onion rings. The sandwich was decent. The onion rings were swimming in grease. So much grease it leaked through the paper. The waitress was very nice and offered to have them cook more. I generally do not send back food. Maybe an off night. Also, they have a very bad insect probably. The window seal near our table had several flies and gnats in it. Would possibly give them another try in the future. Service was very good

The meats my wife and I have tried in a couple of visits (ribs, 1/2 chicken, brisket, pulled pork) have all been nothing short of spectacular and serving sizes are generous. They are real smoked BBQ meats. Home style fries are terrific. Employees have all been helpful and kind. Total 5 star rating.
I do have 3 smallish quibbles. The serving size of home style fries is not consistent, the serving size of BBQ beans is a skimpy 3 or 4 ounces (salt shaker for scale) and Texas toast is only toasted/grilled on one side.
That said, I absolutely recommend Crossroads Rib shack to all smoked BBQ lovers.

Wife’s catfish plate was great. Sides were great. However, My ribs were dried out, portions were small for amount of paid. Maybe its because of the reheating process. Smoke and rub flavors were not great. Thin, shorter ribs side were really dried out and wasn’t good. Ive had better and paid less. Probably just stick to the pulled pork sandwich next time.

Got the ribs, which were rather tough. Flavor was good enough, and fried okra was pretty good as well. Hubby got catfish, which he thoroughly enjoyed.

When I tell you it was an unexpected experience. The service was great. I ask them to suggest anything on the menu and everything was too notch. I’ll definitely be back, just wish they were open on Sunday.

Always great when we go here, love the atmosphere and the friendly staff. I love the chicken quesadilla and the cheese dip that comes with them is delicious. Have to say it’s always good to see the owner making rounds talking with everyone and making sure everything is good. Y’all go try them out when you can. (I’ll try different items later )

Amazing bbq sandwich, and the mustard based potato salad and baked beans were 10/10. Simple, and perfectly done bbq. Also very fairly priced.
