The meats were fantastic, the parm crusted pork was phenomenal and ribeye was great too. We did the indulgent churrasco and it came with an app and dessert. The apps we got were the lobster tail and the bone marrow. The lobster tail was great but the the bone marrow was underwhelming. The desserts were ridiculous. We got the cheesecake brulee and the chocolate brigadiero and they were both great choices. The server was a little inexperienced and when we asked her to describe a drink she said “oh I dont know, the bar makes those” lol. Otherwise she was fantastic. Overall had a great experience and will be back at some point in the future.

We had an amazing time at Fogo de Chão! The food is always a win (the Picanha is a must-try), but the service really set this visit apart. We were seated immediately and felt so well-attended to by Daniela, Adrian, Donivan, and Letti.
Also, a shout-out to the hostesses Katherine, Kimberly, and Marelyn for being so organized and welcoming. If you go, make sure to order the Yellowbird cocktail—it’s delicious!
It’s rare to see a whole team so committed to a great guest experience. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Dayana was an excellent waiter at Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse in Huntington. She knew the menu; paid attention to every detail; brought out the food in sequential order where we had our hors d’oeuvres and entrées served at the right temperature and textures. The lamb chops were delicious. The Brazilian empanadas were tasty. I love my wonderful red sangria that she made sure the red wine was just right, so that I enjoyed it. Dayana sang happy birthday to me and I had a delicious Tres Leche cake. What a perfect Birthday experience at Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse! If you’re ever in the area, stop by Foco de Chão and ask for Dayana and have a wonderful experience!

The food is decent and the service is generally good, but we were kept waiting over 30 minutes for a specific cut of meat which we asked for. However, when it was done eventually, it was ultimately served to other guests due to a miscommunication. The waiter apologized but it was quite frustrating. I still love Fogo de Chao but will hope to have a better experience next time.

Fogo de Chao Brazilian Steakhouse is located in a nice neighborhood of Huntington Station and has nice free parking lot available to provide convenience to the customers.

Food is tasty & they’ve halal lamb & chicken also available.

The service needs improvement. Staff is slow & doesn’t respond properly.

Layout is nice, Restaurant is beautiful and has large seating capacity.

6/13/202 Update: Just a quick note: Eric, the manager, was fantastic. He sincerely apologized for everything and was very proactive in resolving the issues. Because of his efforts, we’ll be going back. Sometimes a simple apology and commitment to improvement is all it takes.

I’m a great fan of the Brazilian restaurants and with a party of three we dined here last night. The place was cold and our waitress’s voice did not carry to convey what she wanted to tells us. I had to lip read. The food was its usual excellence, with gauchos serving it, however, the wait service fell short, a sign outside stated “Happy Hour” beverages, and according to our waitress, it is ongoing all day. The Long Island Iced Tea had to be sent back because it wasn’t made with liquor. When the replacement came, it was a bit better. As the restaurant was clearing out with less patrons, the temperature dropped to levels that would interfere with digestion because the air conditioning was on high, we politely placed a request to have it lowered.
When we received the bill, due to the dim lighting, we didn’t scrutinize it, we left a 20% tip and left. It wasn’t until we got home that I noticed the Long Island Iced Tea was charged @ $14.75 as opposed to the $10.00 “Happy Hour” price indicated on the sign outside. Additionally, the following items which we never ordered, nor did we receive appeared on the bill: Glass Casa Lap. Sauv. Bla (2 @15.50), and a Virgin drink. There was a total overcharge of $46.82 at this restaurant that shouldn’t have been. I highly recommend reviewing your bill thoroughly prior to paying.

I took my parents to Fogo for the first time with my husband. My husband is Brazilian so we have been to multiple locations and know what to expect. I even have gotten both rewards from Fogo for the year since I am in the rewards program. However, this visit at Huntington Station was extremely upsetting. Our main waitress seemed to have an attitude from the start to the end of our visit. The service was sub par as I had to order my dads original caipirinha drink 3 times before someone brought it and then they brough the passion caipirinha drink instead. My husband, mom and dad all got the premium meat and the people weren’t coming as often as usual. My mom and I noticed the market salad bar was not as fresh. I saw cheese that hadn’t been cut and parmesan that my mom had to cut herself. The sweet potato casserole dish looked like it was sitting there all day. We wanted to try it but can tell it wasn’t fresh. My husband loves to get the feijoada. however for some reason it was very watery here and flavorless. Lastly, we got a creme Brule to go and I can’t believe how it was packaged. I am highly upset with this experience after paying a $400 bill and having a great experience at other locations.

Disclosure: I had reservations at 5pm, the place was empty when I got there so I am confused why everything was not fresh and the service wasn’t excellent. I did not take pics of the market table as I left my phone at the table, and I was too shy to start taking pics of things at the market table to be seen as “complaining”. Also, I didn’t ask for a manager as this time with my parents was special and I didn’t want to ruin the moment. I do have a picture of the creme brulee.
