Ordered take out ahead of time to provide a treat for my students. I scheduled it for 3:15, called at 3:45 after no sign of pizza delivery, and they said they didn’t have a driver and I needed to come pick it up. Terrible customer service. I couldn’t pick it up so I just cancelled the food.

The girl with ear rings in her nose and purple hair who works at the front counter was very rude to me. She was sure to let me know that customer service was not important to her. I bought 3 pizzas and she didnt want to give me parmesan cheese unless i payed for them and she didnt. The pizzas had large bubbles in the crust and barely had topping. Papa Johns is great, but not this location.

Fo not reccomend this location. For starters I believe when calling to order it goes to a call center nowhere locally, you arnt speaking with those actually handling your food. We were quoted 45min-55min for delivery. After at least 45 minutes late at night luckily I happened to open our hotel room door to do something else to see our food was sitting in the hall! The driver did not knock, call, have the front desk call nothing to notify us our food was there. The food was lukewarm at best because who knows how long our food was sitting on the ground, in the hall, in a hotel. Which is gross to begin with putting our food on the floor. Half of the garlic parm sticks we ordered were black they were so burnt. The pizzas were as good as reheated pizza can be. The driver then got no tip as we said when ordering the tip would be cash, and they made zero contact with us. I’m so glad we didn’t pre pay for a tip for this with such poor service. I do not reccomend this location for delivery. Our $45 pizza meal was a huge let down.

The delivery driver is always pleasant, but the food…no. I wish that I could change my store and still get delivery. The pizza is never cooked all the way, I tried getting it well done to see if that would make it normal, but that didn’t help. Sometimes the garlic knots have actual butter on them and sometimes they’re as dry as the Sahara desert.

I usually don’t complain and anytime I order from this location it’s always good but today it was horrible. I got 2 pizzas the first one was the pepperoni cup pizza it tastes like it has been sitting there all day and my cheese was just nasty. They both were really cold when they got to me I had to warm it back up in the oven.

Placed an order for delivery and was missing one of my pizzas. Called the store and was placed on hold for over 30 mins after asking to speak to a manager twice. Finally spoke to one of the managers Kim who was extremely rude and escalated the situation instead of providing customer service in a situation that was not my mishap. She was very argumentative and unprofessional stating she really didn’t care. Never have I dealt with this type of service from any pizza establishment and with this instance alone I will never spend my money at Papa Johns again.
