The pizza was good — not the best I’ve ever had, but definitely tasty enough that I’d come back if I were in the area. The sandwich had great flavor, but the diced chicken between two slices of toast made it a bit of a juggling act, since the filling kept falling out.

This is the 3rd time here with the gf. I wanted to eat here a few times before leaving a review. 3 pizzas on 3 separate occasions and I have zero complaints. I’ve eaten pizza all over the country and this has been some of the best. (This includes NY and Chicago) Some of the reviews complain about service and ordering at the bar. Well, it’s a bar and the menu literally tells you at the top to place your order at the bar. I haven’t had a sandwich like others have complained about but I would say if you don’t like the sandwiches then get a pizza. 5/5 would highly recommend.

Server was short and disinterested in doing his job
Pizzas came out 10 minutes apart
Fans on full blast cooled the food off super fast.
They forgot the chicken my wife added on the Fun Guy pizza and just threw cold chicken into the pizza….

The Odd soul used to be a great spot that we recommended very highly. Not anymore, never again

This bar in Downtown Springdale is a staple for the community. They serve excellent and affordable pizza, a huge and eclectic selection of local and regional beers and the friendliest service around. Local are very proud of this spot, as they should be.

The experience was excellent. We ordered at the bar and they brought the best cheese breadsticks I think I’ve ever had. The pizza was top notch and everyone was very friendly.

Good hang out. Decent food. Just make sure to get a receipt and check your bank. Last time I went last week I end up getting charged for my tab and someone elses as well. Unfortunately a $15 lunch turned into $35 of food and drinks that werent mine

The food was well made , but it looked like the pizza was rushed with almost all of the toppings placed on just 2-3 slices despite having less than half the lobby full. The atmosphere was nice and everyone seemed happy. But the payment process was very upsetting. There was no tap pay, so instead I was handed a receipt with a qr code and told to fill out my card info online while positioned around multiple people. I do recommend going for the food but do not go if you enjoy tap pay.

The most “okay” food I’ve had in months. It’s not terrible. But it’s very far from good. It was super greasy and overall pretty tasteless. Even the dough was underwhelming.

My biggest complaint is having zero servers. The only ones running the entire floor were the two bartenders. So we had to walk up to the bar to order, go up and ask for refills on our drinks, get our own plates and plastic utensils, and go up to the bar to ask for boxes and checks. I’m not sure if this is because they are understaffed or if this is a normal thing. But it bothered me when both bartenders were just standing around and chatting while we had to do all the work. Especially because they were far from busy (as you can see in my photos.) Tables were also filthy and so was the bathroom.

Again, not sure if this is common or just because of understaffed. But I do know that the mixture between the service and the food, we won’t be back. Even if the service was the most incredible we’ve ever had, the food was so bland that it wouldn’t matter.

The food was delicious and fresh, and the whole vibe at this food truck was amazing! The owners were very friendly, respectful, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in what they serve.

I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this food truck to anyone looking for great food and great energy!

It’s kindof hard to describe The Odd Soul. If you’ve been there you know, but these are generally for people who haven’t…yet. Nostalgic, but modern, fun, and comfortable, high energy, but chill. Fantastic food – seriously, I’m not talking “bar food”, great drinks (a million taps, signature cocktails, sodas, and of course a full bar), but it’s the people, patrons and employees alike, who are the heart and soul of this place. Guests, you’re either a regular or a regular in training. We show up to eat, drink, and be merry, but also rise to the occasion when the community or someone in it has a need. Staff like Ada and Boston who all work SO hard and still have fun, smile, and make you feel like a regular on “Cheers”. And then you have the man Jeffro Brown himself who you can find cooking, cleaning, bartending, fixing, (sometimes in costume) but ALWAYS serving the community. When you go to The Odd Soul, you aren’t just a guest, you’re a part of its beating heart. Don’t miss this place. Cheers
