I’ve tried ordering from this location twice, and had the same experience.

Yesterday morning, I went in to order 4 drinks and 4 breakfast sandwiches. I waited at the counter while 2 Baristas were busy making drinks. Understandable. However, I made eye contact with them both, and was never addressed. How hard is it to tell me you’d be X minutes before you can get to me? I waited a bit longer, and verbally expressed my disappointment that I still had not been addressed. So, like the time before, I left because I’m NOT going to beg anyone to spend my money. (BTW, they still didn’t say anything when I got to the door to leave.)

I wind up going elsewhere, and gladly gave my money to where I seemed welcomed.

I get being busy; however, I’ve gone PLENTY of other places that acknowledged me while still completing their tasks.

The first time it happened, I thought those workers were an one-off; however, two times? I’m good. I will not give them a third shot. It’s bad enough my favorite beverages keep sneakily raising in cost. Its too inconsistent to cost nearly $8 for a drink that MAY be good that day.

I used to spend an average of $500 a month (of MY HARD EARNED MONEY w/out company reimbursement) on Starbucks since I treated my team every day, twice a day. But, its just been one thing after that is completely turing me off. I’m going to search for a local coffeehouse. I’m tired of Starbucks. May be a drop in the bucket for them, but they’ll learn if more people decide enough is enough. Customers are what keeps the business doors open! Duh!

This Starbucks was really cool, and the baristas greeted us when we walked in and were very welcoming. They took our orders and made our specialty drinks just the way we stated, which was really great. The store was well lighted stock and clean

Very slow service. This particular Starbucks has made me and my girlfriend late on multiple occasions while waiting 10+ minutes for our order. The employees here like to move slowly. Your money is better spent at another establishment.

Rude staff, Shaleah and one other guy behind the counter. They wanted us to leave after we ordered, and we were only there for 15 minutes. The way they sent us out was “CAN Y’ALL LEAVE, WE’RE CLOSING” and then the guy behind the counter sarcastically said, “Happy Thanksgiving” with a smirk. BAD SERVICE!!! And they didn’t even send the other group away. Theres a nice way of telling customers to leave coz your business is closing. Also, even if we were a large group, we all ordered and gave them business. So I do not think we were treated fairly!

A female staff member named Shaleah (?) opened the door and said loudly “CAN YOU ALL LEAVE. WE’RE CLOSING AT 4”. It was exactly 3:15. We had been there for 15mins total, and the website says they close at 4:30. Shaleah kept the door open to let the chilly wind inside the store and stood there until most of our group had exited. She was incredibly rude and inconsiderate. The staff behind the bar also seemed to support that behavior. There are better ways to let customers know that you are closing at a certain time. Just as customers can be considerate to staff, so should staff be considerate to customers and treat customers better.

Your server by the name of Shelia is so rude and very disrespectful. we were told to leave as early as 3:20 reason being is they close at 4pm. We as a family have never been treated as bad as this person. She just ruin the good refutation of Starbucks. We educated people just leave without creating a scene so as not to ruin our Thanksgiving celebration. This is the very first time that I have a feedback as bad as this.

Had a really bad today at the office and stopped by on my way home this afternoon. Was greeted immediately. The line was a little busy, but Luke made the wait and experience so worth it, would and will 100% go back. I could tell he was working hard to deliver great customer service, keep the line moving but not make the experience feel rushed. He took the time to ask about my day, listen to what I was looking for, walk me through the different menu options. I probably had too many questions, but he was just so helpful and I cannot say enough about how this interaction turned my day completely around. My drink was made perfectly, and I left feeling so much better about the day. I want to thank him for turning my day around!
