The atmosphere was just like any other Cracker Barrel, service was fine. But the food on the other hand.. was blah. I got the breakfast sampler. French toast had a very nasty taste to it, fried eggs were cold, ham the same way. The only good thing on my plate were the hash browns & fried applesThey were hot & fresh. Even the biscuits brought to table as we sat down we had to remove the bottoms. My husband had the hamburger steak said it was fine no seasoning. This is definitely not the normal we experience ay most Cracker Barrel’s.

Arrived in our RV around 6:30 pm hungry, cold and tired. We were greeted warmly and sat by the fire. My salad came out right away along with biscuits to stave off my hangry status. Dinner actually arrived before I could finish my salad. Camped overnight in the parking lot. The spot was quiet and next to a dead end road and field which was perfect for our dog to get exercise after a long day driving. Fried Chicken breast, macaroni and cheese, salad and biscuits were all delicious. My husband’s breakfast plate was also delicious. Can’t beat the southern charm and attention of the Cracker Barrels in Tennessee and Alabama.

Two major factors of the food, both the scrambled eggs and the over medium eggs were both runny. How are scrambled eggs runny.
Waitress started out good then ended up on her phone just sitting there with several other girls.

Absolutely the best Cracker Barrel I’ve been to in a long time. The food was excellent—some of the best fried chicken I’ve had in years. Service was great, and everything came out hot and fresh. It honestly reminded me of how Cracker Barrel used to be. Not sure what’s going on at some of the other locations, but this one is spot-on. Five stars all the way. Thank you, guys. We had a great Sunday brunch. Loved the mimosas and fried pickles. All of the food was great!!! Our server Jayden was awesome and did a great job taking care of all we needed! We really enjoyed the updated menu! Will definitely be back soon!

Was taken to this location on Beat Creek in Columbia Tn for my Birthday. Food was on point, Atmosphere was great. Service was perfect.

It’s exactly how a Cracker Barrel should look and feel, most of the employees were incredibly friendly and helpful, though the hostess seemed pre-occupied. She wasn’t rude, just not as friendly or bubbly as the other staff.
Tables were clean, though one had the chimney glass on the lamp next to our table was missing.
Food was good, not fantastic but very good. My only complaint would be it was just slightly above blood-warm which to me personally is somewhat off-putting, but for a family with small children or 65+ crowd is probably fine.
The mimosa tasted great, after we asked for ice to chill it.
Overall, it’s a Cracker Barrel, the same wonderful Cracker Barrel I’ve known since childhood and I hope it never changes much.

Was traveling across country and just wanted something quick and lite to go. Ordered a salad (without bacon) and a baked potato. Thought this would take minutes… it took at least 25-30 minutes. Got to car… there was bacon on salad so had to return it to get a different one. Which only to a couple minutes. Got to car and opened my box for the potato, it was shriveled and looked like it was at least a day old, possibly older… very disappointed to say the least.

It was slow for seated right away. Took our server so long to greet us that we were ready to order when she came to get our drink orders. She was very friendly but scarce. It took over an hour for our food to come but it was hot and accurate . The Hash brown shepards pie and Smoke house grilled chicken were delicious. Pass on the house salad it was bitter and nasty. It’s was so slow at one point about 7 employees were standing in a huddle near the kitchen.
