Great service. The food was okay overall. The chicken pieces were great. The chicken sandwich was not that good. It was cold and didn’t taste fresh. Definitely does not compare to chick fil a. The fries were also cold and not fresh. The place is generally clean but the tables could use a little more cleaning.

I came with my mom to enjoy some chicken wings and her favorite yuca fries, and were extremely satisfied! Our cashier, Yareida was so sweet and friendly with us, and was super patient and attentive to every guest that walked in. Her service is exceptional, and even helped us with our drinks since my mom had wanted horchata and they were out in the front. I’ve grown up eating Pollo Campero and this location made us feel right at home 🙂

My first time trying out Campero because my Dad was telling me how good the chicken is & omg I like my chicken soft and not too crunchy and man this chicken is the perfect combination of perfect chicken to my liking and it’s not overwhelmingly seasoned like Louisiana fried chicken it’s the perfect combination of spices to my liking and the texture is phenomenal. I ordered the beans rice & mashed potatoes as well and those options were good but the beans were the best to me because of it’s chili like consistency. The rice was ok & the mashed potatoes were my least favorite because I don’t like dark syrupy gravy but overall I would eat it. I rate this place a solid 4 1/2 due to the flavorful chicken.

Walked in and there was no AC. It was hot in the dining room. They were out of Diet Pepsi, lemonade and water. They were also out of ice. But at least the food was good and the employees were nice.

This place is not for African-Americans . Just being honest when I walked in, I felt so many eyes staring at me with so much judgment . Not to be rude, but some of the employees barely spoke English. We had a communication problem with ordering my meal . The employees were looking at me like why am I there lol …never ever again especially for the price .
