Came in for lunch after some time at the park on a Saturday during lunch time. The young lady taking orders was very pleasant an friendly. We ordered 2 platters an some cheese quesadilla for our 5 year old. All the food was amazing. The fish an shrimp were perfect, a employee even brought us 3 more shrimp to our table. Great staff at this location. I loved the hush puppies, perfectly served. The place was very clean.

My daughter, grandson and myself ordered 3 orders of the two piece fish combo. We took it home to eat. You could tell that the grease was very old. We paid over $30 for the meal. We couldn’t eat them. We had to throw them outside. The dog wouldn’t even touch them. What a waste of money. We will no longer be eartng there..

I only had 30 minutes for lunch and ended up with fish instead of chicken through the drive thru. I don’t eat fish. The soonest I could get back was about 4:10. Even though it had been more than for hours the immediately rectified the situation. I love the employees here. They were awesome.

Food was out quickly, but was just ok. Actually the food was more greasy than I remember. Probably the last time I eat at a LJS a very long time. Also didn’t care for the attitude of the lady who took our order…sarcasm doesn’t come across well from some people, especially from a stranger who is taking your order, if it was actually sarcasm.

This location has a revolving cast of low effort young characters that could not really care less about their job and/or the customer. I will admit, the last half a year to a year has been marginally better at best. I remember one time i had made and paid for an order on the Taco Bell app. Pulled up to the drive-through for pickup, after waiting about 5 mins for someone to answer, all i got from them was a unenthusiasticly annoyed, “We’re closed.” This happened at about 8pm. I had to go through the Taco Bell app to refund my order. If these workers won’t do their job for ~$13 per hour, fire them and pay someone who will. That’s not much less than i make doing physical labor. In conclusion; poor work ethic, terrible food quality for the amount you pay per item and wait times that shoulden’t exist at a place like this.

It was horrible. I don’t know if the food was old or if it’s always this bad. We arrived around 3 in the afternoon. I ordered fish taco combo and my husband ordered shrimp and fish. You couldn’t eat it. It was greasy. It was cold. The french fries definitely were sitting around a while. We will never be visiting long John Silver’s again. A real disappointment.

I’ve had several bad experiences. Today all in one order the syrup was out in their mountain dew. The fish and chicken looked like it was refried soaked in oil overcooked. When I asked for salt that acted like I was crazy when every other fast food restaurant on the planet salts their fries. Food was inedible.
