Stopped by here for lunch with the grandkids as they have a kids menu. I ordered the regular Mediterranean which was ok fine. The kids had grilled cheese. They were not too much liking the sandwich it was too much bread/ crunchy not a typical grilled sandwich. They did enjoy the cookie and the apple sauce.
The clerk was very friendly, efficient, and polite. The facility was clean and orderly. I had been to similar stores in the past but not this one.

I was getting sandwiches here for BOGO and two women outside approached me asking for food because they lost their jobs and home apparently. I gave them my extra sandwich because hard to say no. I saw them a few minutes later leaving Potbelly with sodas (one bottled and one pot belly cup). With a few minutes of thought, I called the store to confirm if they asked for free sodas or bought it and wanted to confirm if this is normal. I know there was a female worker who serviced me my sandwiches but the male worker on the phoneline said there’s no female coworker and was hostile when I inquired about these 2 women. He asked “what’s it to you?” And I said “I just lost a sandwich and want to know!” When he lied not having a female coworker, I called him out for lying and said thank you, goodbye. I will never come back here because of this employee and the weird interaction outside their store. It may seem petty but I do ever want to experience this again. The male employee’s name is Anthony.

Good sandwich! Got the turkey with avocado. The trick is to load up on condiments and toppings. Last time I ordered the wreck and neglected to do so resulting in a pretty bland sandwich. The sandwiches are bare bones unless you remember to customize them to your liking.
I ended up getting the turkey with avoado, and added hot peppers, mayo, mustard, and lettuce and the resulting product was delicious!

I asked upon three separate deliveries in a row for my cheese to be cheddar, not provolone. It is a pretty simple request considering everything else they get correct. I give up.

Ordered Mediterranean regular sandwich after being hungry for long! The sandwich was great with lots of free ad-ons, but I didn’t feel it has real Mediterranean flavor (claim being it contains artichokes, hummus, etc.). It flavored more like Italian (tbh). But the taste was great overall.

I’m honestly shocked by how my wife was treated at this sandwich shop. She simply asked for a small customization to her sub—nothing unusual, just a normal request you’d expect at any place that makes food to order. Instead of helping her or even politely explaining any limitations, the staff told her to leave the store.
There was no justification for that kind of response. It was humiliating and completely unnecessary. What made it worse is that this is how they chose to treat a woman of color who was just trying to order dinner like anyone else.
No one should be made to feel unwelcome or singled out for asking a simple question. We won’t be going back, and I’d strongly encourage others to think twice before supporting a place that treats customers this way.

Second time at Potbelly. Great people, super friendly and helpful with sandwich build.
The atmosphere is great – clean, easy to get around. All good.
The food, middle quality. Tastes good. Tastes okay. Better than sub by far. But not great.
I guess for the price and ease of getting in and out it’s a good deal. A real solid meal, and better than fast food.

Okay-okay so potbelly is a fresh, hot yummy sandwich place. The food was super good and fast. They have a nice selection of sandwiches, soups, salad and shakes and so much more. It was a fluke we stopped here but I’m glad we did and recommend it to anyone craving a warm yummy sandwich.

**EDIT** The MANAGER redid my Sandwhich and it was still very wrong. I didn’t want tomatoes, they didn’t add what I did what, and there was a little piece of chicken????
Not only did they make our sandwiches wrong THREE times. Making it so I didn’t have time to even eat my Sandwhich. They were advertising shake OR drink with the meal, even though the shake is no longer part of the meal. At first they wouldn’t honor it or take the sign down.
We went back because the Sandwhich was still wrong, and the manager was nice and fixed the Sandwhich and honored the meal deal. But they really need to get it together.
