I left the sub in the process of being made. My son LOVES subway literally- we go to subway probably 2 times a week out of allllllll the ones I’ve ever been to I never have a problem when I ask for extra pickles from him. The lady said we go by a formula. I worked at subway when i was young they do go by a formula but they are not supposed to tell a customer no just more in that increment until the customer is satisfied. She’s a manager and a terrible one with a nasty attitude at that. Nobody made you get a job at subway if you don’t like it apply yourself to get a better job that you do like

Never in my years of living have I ever been this disappointed. I come in with a fountain drink already paid for and was incredibly disappointed. None of the drink machines were in order and they barely had any bottled options. I find it very inconvenient since I had already paid for something and I didn’t even get what I had ordered. I asked for my sandwich to be toasted and it was cold and all of the ingredients wasn’t even on the sandwich. The chips that I have ordered only had about 5 chips in the bag and it was still sealed. I am surprised y’all still have a business. I will be calling corporate. 10 dollars plus a tip I didn’t even have to give for nothing.

I had a great visit with the Subway on Westover Rd. The customer service and food quality was exceptional and I enjoyed both equally well. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the name of my sandwich artist, but he was very polite and professional throughout our entire interaction. I updated my Subway review to a more positive viewpoint and I hope they maintain their consistency. Awesome job team Westover!!!

I sadly don’t exaggerate when I say this Subway was the absolute worst Subway I have ever visited. As soon as I walked in, the staff was at a sit down table and started looking me up and down like I was wasting their time ordering food. I went to order a Teriyaki sub and they were incredibly rude to me when I was just trying to consider what I wanted as toppings. The store was out of stock for a few items, but when I asked what was, the woman responded angrily and said “WHATEVERS ON THE LIST WE DON’T HAVE!”None of them even looked me in the eye and they expressed nothing but disdain in every response to a question I had. I would advise anyone who wants a sub to go anywhere but here. I am very disappointed in these people.

Back to subway again today food not presentable.On top of that no bag for my salad they ran out. I asked for extra tomatoes she gave me three. I asked how many tomatoes come on a salad she said three okay. Gave this place a second chance today this what I get and customer service sucks.. 7/6/19

Ordered a pizza it was cooked so fast it was cold the person who fixed it wasn’t friendly and unbothered. The supervisor insisted she remake it. This subway way different than the one across town. Never go back.
