Came in for dinner on a Saturday afternoon and had a great time! Ordered steak fajitas for 2, service was very fast and friendly. The fajitas came to the table sizzling hot and served with all the sides. The rice was great and of course the steak was excellent. It was so good my buddy plowed through more than his share but there was still plenty to go around. Hooked us up with full drinks to go. Nice atmosphere and plenty of seating inside and out. Definitely want to come back again!

Food is excellent, large portions, fast, friendly service, well worth the money. The GF bun seems to be safe for celiacs, but I definitely recommend the grilled chicken over the shredded chicken. Ribs and fish were good.

I moved up this way about a year ago and was looking for a place where the atmosphere was good and food was great..and this place IS THAT PLACE!! This visit was our 2nd visit. Our 1st visit last week we had a burger and chix strips…and that was right on! Tonight we had chix wings and another 10/10. There were no issues on making the wings a bit more crispier. The amount of food that you’re served matches the amount of money you pay. Both times the servers were so very kind, even when I had a few requests (splitting check/2nd order etc). So happy to have found this place. We had tried out another local pub wing place and it was a fail all 3x: from poor service, serving size vs cost and all around attention/ attitude from (young) waitresses)…RAMSCHACKLE IS THE TRUE *LEGEND* FOR GOOD GRUB!! We will be regulars! P.s… would have posted pics of the delicious Burger on my first visit. It looks so good, I dove in and forgot to take picture,lol.

Ordered a grilled chicken wrap and fish and chips. The food was very good, the coleslaw with my fish and chips was the best coleslaw I ever had!! Our server was very polite and the atmosphere has you entertained reading some auto license plates!

Great little place with some good food. The fries and ribs were so good. The soup was a little too thick for my liking, Mac and cheese bites were ok. The service was great, our server was very nice, social and attentive. Very casual atmosphere. Looks like it would be fun to come watch a sporting event here.

We went to drop off something at a friend’s house and stopped at the Ramshackle Cafe. Summer was a great server! The food was good. I had the Steak Wrap, and my husband had the Steak Sandwich and chili. Play also ordered egg rolls. Everything was very tasty, but the chili was exceptional!

I used to go to Ramshackles at least twice a week for several years. Because of poor food quality, I haven’t been in several months. Last night my daughter and I went for the fish and chips (they were known for the best in town) We found that the menu no longer offered the fish and chips but had grouper fingers instead. Since we were already there, we ordered. They came out overcooked and hard. There was about a 1/4″ of fish in the breading (more breading than fish). My daughter took one bite and spit it out. Said it tasted rotten. Our server took our meals off. She said that the new menu had omitted several of the fans favorites. I won’t be going back, ever.

This was an completely upsetting experience I came here with my wife today and after getting multiple no pleased looks from the waiters we set outside for 10 minutes without even being acknowledged no drinks no menues and they weren’t that busy one waiter stood at a table talking the other two woman just looked at us and went on about their days! To be looked at like that I assume because I was in comfort clothes instead of dressed up I will not be returning!! You should really get with your three woman waitresses out front and let them know that no matter what the person looks like you should serve them with a smile

Upon arrival, when the waiter finally came over to acknowledge us, he dropped off ONE menu. When I asked him for two menus, since we are a party of two, he replied “people usually share the menu”. I again, asked him to drop off another menu. He did, with an attitude. 20 minutes later he came back for our order. He was eating his dinner at another table and didn’t want to be bothered with our order. 30 minutes later, he delivered our food. Cold. Cold because it sat under the warmer while he finished his dinner. The boneless wings were very good, but cold. The fries were good, but cold. I would have told him, but he NEVER came back to the table to ask how everything was, nor if we needed anything else. Would have loved soda refills. Another table asked him something regarding the menu and he replied…. I’m not the person to ask. That table was also quite mad. Really, William, you’re not the person to ask? You are the waiter ! Should the patrons go in the kitchen and ask the cook? The menu completely changed and all the great food is now off the menu. Unfortunately we won’t be returning. We went there dozens of times in the past with the old menu and thankfully never had William before. He was the most unenjoyable part of the whole dinner. Why are you working there, because clearly you don’t care about the customers !
