My family loves Jimmy John’s sandwiches and we were anxious to try the new gyro. We ordered two gyros and an ultimate Italian sub. We requested napkins and that the sub be cut in half. One of the gyros didn’t have tsatziki sauce, the sub wasn’t cut in half, and we got no napkins. The manager, Eddie, will compensate us with a free gyro on a future visit, but this visit was a failure. The one gyro that had tsatziki was delicious, the other one probably won’t be eaten. We are frequent Jimmy John’s customers, and are rarely disappointed. We just recently started visiting the Fraser Jimmy John’s and will give them another chance, but we may have to drive a little further to go to a Jimmy John’s that gets our order right.

We have been here many times. The service is usually great, and, as always, very fast. But somehow they were out of bread the last time we were there, so we had to get an unwich (lettuce wrap) instead. Unfortunately the paper our food was wrapped in was incorporated DEEP inside the unwich itself, so my fiance had a nice big bite of paper before we unwrapped and removed it. I know the tagline is “freaky fast,” but maybe the staff could slow down just a tad!

*I thought it was only fair to update this review to add that Jimmy John’s did reach out to us without delay and offered us a free meal along with an apology. They also mentioned they would look into how they take orders to specifically address allergies. We appreciate that.
Freaky Fast, Freaky Wrong. Ordered my wife a sub at the drive thru there…in from out of town about an hour away. She has developed a dairy allergy, it’s stupid, we hate it, but it’s here to stay. Asked for no cheese, add onion and avocado spread. Get to the party, open it up and it’s got no onion, no avocado and they didn’t nix the cheese. She can’t even attempt to eat it because the cheese has been there…again, stupid and we hate it, but that’s the way it is. If this had been a more serious allergy situation for someone it could have much more serious consequences than a day on the toilet. Do better before you actually hurt someone.

Ordered a beach club sandwich for pick up. Upon getting there one person sitting down slicing meat while the other was sitting on a step stool. No hello , no greeting no service. Got home and the beach club sandwich I ordered had no avocado spread, no cucumbers, the lettuce was brown and the tomatoes were so thin.. what was the point. Called back to say what happened and the response was the beach club didn’t have those ingredients. First they have a giant menu with all the ingredients right above them to look at. Maybe it’s too much to ask for the employees to know what’s in the sandwiches but I’m sure they can look up and see what’s there. They were not apologetic or polite and anyway, one person through down the phone And I had to speak with someone else who still did not know what the ingredients were. They said I could come back and drive all the way there and get a new sandwich which I was not going to do after my experience. They said they would get me a refund but I’m sure that’s not going to happen either. Not sure what’s going on with Jimmy John’s but I will never order from them again. Don’t waste your time unless you like wasting your money, terrible sandwiches, and even worse service.

If you value your time, do not go there this was the slowest place I’ve ever been to in my life mind you they have a Freaky fast promise I went in there at 7:10 for a order that was already ordered online. They said oh we just got it. It’s not ready. I didn’t receive my order until 7:30 mind you all I ordered was one sandwich The girl and there was so rude staring at me while doing nothing then she made another order that wasn’t even there knowing I’m standing there waiting for mine mind the entire time I was the only person in the shop.

I really wish you could pick what jimmy johns to have food delivered online from. It certainly would not be this one. They just can’t get it right. You will guaranteed to get a sandwich wrong or missing an item. More than once I have ordered and there’s an item missing when theres only 3 or 4 items being delivered! Seriously count your items at least before leaving. This store really needs to get it together.
Then when you call to tell them, they say they’ll have their driver come back out with missing item, only to never show again. Really tired of paying for food I never get.

Only a Hi from employee when entering, the cou ter person just leaned on the counter, had to ask if he was ready to take my order. Veggie sandwich is barely a sandwich. I opten for no cheese or mayo, so my sandwich was litterally 3 skinny slices of tomatoe and 3 skinny cucumbers with a pike of lettuce and avocado.
Jimmy John’s needs to up the game of veggies to add to make a tasty instead of boring sandwich.
