Excellent location. We had great service.
We appreciated the fries upon seating.
We joined the rewards program as well.
Wifey had a bacon lettuce avocado croissant. Took half home. Very good.
I got a basic burger.
We both had the French Onion soup as well. Hadn’t had for some time, so glad to find it here.

I’m extremely disappointed. Waitress couldn’t get our order right, constantly brought us the wrong items, then was disrespectful with us when we asked for it to be fixed. I ordered a double cheeseburger with just a little bit of pink to take home, only for it to be rare. I had to ask for another bun because what I thought was grease (actually ended up being blood) made the original one mush. I thought i could just eat the fries but they tasted like dish soap and made me sick. We over paid for food we couldn’t even eat. Honestly I wanted my money back because I never want to eat here again. 🙁

1st time visit, you only get 1 chance to make a good 1st impression and they blew it. Service was bad! Waitress ignored our table of 7. I even went to the restroom in order to get more water. The Waitress never came back to check on us. My wife and I never got our “bottomless side” as the menu declared. Could not get her attention to request a drink less alone a water refill. Food was not worth the amount paid. Numerous Fast food places are better. The table kiosk at the table did not work. I will not return.

I had a family of 15 that day and they got us is within travel time which was 30 minutes. Fries already on the table. If course they wete gone before our server laila could even greet us lol. I had the mad love burger or was pretty good. Great in size and a root beer float. Laila was wonderful interacted with the kids and kept a smile on her face. Kept checking in on us and was timely too. The bathrooms were clean as well. So I have this a 5 star soles off of experience and laila lol.

Had lunch at Red Robin in Independence. We were seated immediately and served drinks promptly. Server was very attentive. Order fried fish and chips, and an order of fried pickles. Fish was far better than I expected. Served hot, crispy and did not have a heavy thick crust. Fried pickles were also crispy and very good. Of course you can’t forget the unlimited fires . My wife had a classic cheese burger and was very happy with it. Grand daughter had the kids meal cheese burger, fries and Sunday and finished it all with a smile. Happy with our meal but it did come with a hearty price tag. $62, with tip

On my youngest daughter’s birthday, my family and I dined at Red Robin. Unfortunately, we were seated in a booth with a leaking ceiling that went unnoticed until approximately 20 minutes into our meal. Upon notification to the server, it took considerable time to re-seat us, resulting in a table directly across from our original one. My wife was drenched in water from the ceiling leak. The managers arrived, took photographs, and promised to accommodate us, but their promise was never fulfilled. I did not feel compelled to insist on their word, so I acquiesced. Twenty minutes later, my family received their food, but mine was nowhere to be found. When I inquired about my food with the waiter, he appeared confused and had not taken my order. This was unusual because I had ordered the same dish as my wife: a salad with a mushroom burger. I waited patiently as my family finished their meal, but my food remained absent for 25 minutes. Finally, my food arrived, but I was no longer hungry and was more upset than anything. We were never adequately accommodated for the roof leak on my wife, despite two managers’ assurances of their support. Furthermore, the server had failed to order my food. In conclusion, today, March 1st, was a disappointing day for Red Robin. I doubt I will be setting foot in this establishment with my family again because I feel like we were lied to.

Stopped by Red Robin in Independence and had a good experience. The burgers were tasty and the bottomless fries never disappoint. Service was friendly and attentive, even though it was a bit busy. The atmosphere is fun and family-friendly, though it can get loud. Prices are fair for the portion sizes. Overall, a solid spot for a casual meal with friends or family.

Food was above average but nothing to write home about. Signature steak fries were barely warm. Rings were toooo much crispy batter and bland. Sauces were ok. Service was decent, server was friendly but had big groups. Went for a Veteran’s Day freebie – THANK YOU but will not return anytime soon. Still nice to look at and pleasant to eyes.
