From the first bite of your burger to your last french fry, quality is the most important ingredient at In-N-Out Burger. Since opening in 1948, we’ve been doing fresh the old-fashioned way. Our burgers are grilled to order made with juicy 100% beef patties and freshly baked buns. We only use crisp, fresh produce, our fries are hand-cut from whole potatoes, and our shakes are made from real ice cream.
Classic burger chain serving customizable burgers, hand-cut fries & shakes.

I have tried the locations in American Fork and Orem, and they are always packed with super long lines. Draper is such a game changer because you still get the same amazing In N Out quality but without the crazy wait. Even when it is busy here, it moves quickly and feels way smoother than other locations. It is so nice to know I can stop by and actually enjoy my food without waiting forever.
Every time I come, my order is perfect, the fries are hot, the burgers taste amazing, and the shakes are always consistent. You can tell this team takes pride in what they do. It is my go to In N Out now and totally worth the drive. If you love In N Out but do not want the overwhelming crowds of other Utah locations, Draper is the one to go to.
So I’m sad when I have to make this post, but I was very disappointed tonight.
I ordered three triple meats, no onion or tomato with lettuce, and spread only.
When I got through the window, everything looks in order as normal, paid for my mail and proceeded to drive to the pick up window.
When I got there, it seemed like something was off because the two cars ahead of me they were scrambling to find the right receipt to match with their orders.
When I got to the window, they handed my Drinks, they said they had to redo my order which I was fine with and they told me to pull around to the front so I did.
When I got my order They’re super friendly and nice, they said sorry for the way and then I proceeded to drive home.
I drove home 30 minutes away and when I got home and unboxed my order, I guess they had messed up my order and only had put give me a double meat instead of a triple meat and to fix that solution, they just lazier puts the extra patties on top and didn’t even open it up to place them correctly as you can see in the video.
I understand that In-N-Out is busy but at the same time this is the first time in my 28 years of living that I was disappointed in the service and the no effort of fixing my order.
What truly stood out during my visit was that my order was executed perfectly. I requested my burger to be wrapped in lettuce and tomatoes, and to my delight, they got it right! This attention to detail is something that has often been lacking at other In-N-Out locations I’ve visited in the past. It can be frustrating when orders are incorrect, but this time, everything was spot on.
The burger was delicious, fresh, and packed with flavor. The combination of the crisp lettuce and juicy tomatoes made it a refreshing option. I appreciate how In-N-Out consistently delivers quality food, but this particular visit really highlighted their commitment to customer satisfaction.
Overall, my experience at the Draper location was a delightful reminder of why In-N-Out is such a beloved fast-food chain. With great speed, accuracy, and of course, tasty food, this location has certainly earned my loyalty. I’ll definitely be back for more!
