This morning around 8:40 Am I went to have breakfast McDonald before order I wanted to use the bathroom and wash my hands the lady standing in the window didn’t allow me to use the bathroom and made an excuse and said the bathroom is not working lie a 24 hour McDonald with this poor service?
I think the bathroom was Okay she just thought I am just using a bathroom and no order which I think is very bad for such big business!
After that I went to Carls Jr they politely gave me the code for the bathroom and even punched the code for me I thank you Carls Jr and shame on McDonald they need to fix this and from now on I will never ever go to McDonald . Guys don’t use this McDonald at this location!
Thank you Carls Jr you are 5 star for being polite and for a good customer service !

I’m impressed that a fast food joint now offers Beyond Meat burgers. They do a better job of grilling these plant-based patties than some higher end burger restaurants. If Carl’s Jr would also offer slices of non-dairy cheese to go with the burgers, my rating would skyrocket to 5+!

Buyer BEWARE I went to the 4205 Marconi Ave, Sacramento, CA 95821 Carls Jr and ordered 2 1/3 lb Angus burgers from drive through. When I went home I checked there were two sandwiches with no burger patties inside. I went back to talk to them the refuse to talk to me or fix the issue and waited 15 minutes with no response. I hope you train your employees better this happened 9:50 -10:30 PM October 5th. Filed a claim with the franchise also hope this wont happen again.

Call junior never disappoints. They’ve got real good hamburgers. My favorite is the devil. Wasn’t bacon cheeseburger but I walked into the place the last couple of times it was only myself another person. The 1 minute people to walk around or order through mortal was made simple and easy and was ready. Within 15 minui, sat down in a nice quiet restaurant enjoyed my meal. Kind of reminisce a little bit because I used to work calls junior when I was seventeen down in the southern california in the same cooking clutter

I went to the one at 4205 Marconi Ave about 40 min ago, went through drive through. I ordered 5 burritos and 2 orders of French toast sticks with extra powdered sugar… this is what I got…. The pieces were so small and some were over cooked. It’s like they were too lazy to open a new bag, and gave me what was left. There’s really no powdered sugar on it.. they had me pull around front and wait for 7 minutes for this, when I was the only car there. The lady in the drive thru was rude, couldn’t even crack a smile… I’m so tired of paying for something and receiving this crap… I’m going to email corporate, because the manager at that location doesn’t do anything…. Allows her staff to run it this way!!!!

First time trying the Green Burrito from Carl’s Jr! I got the grilled chicken without the green sauce. Really good quality ingredients the beans, rice and chicken were tasty and not greasy. The burrito is big too I’ll definitely be back I like being able to get a good burrito in the drive through for $5.99.

Ordered $6 southwestern double bacon cheese burger. Got home, found 1 dry patty in a slung together bun (obviously missing another patty). Got onion rings for my parter, super mushy. Dr. Pepper tastes like the mix is all off in their tanks. I love CJ, but the only thing I enjoyed about tonight’s experience was the drive through guy. This location needs to clean up it’s act.

Usually really good food, but lots of turn-over in staff means some additional errors in orders.
Update for end of 2018:
They have jacked-up their pricing such that a Medium Sized Western Bacon Cheeseburger combo was over $10.00, the fries were skimpy, not fully cooked, and were actually cold despite my special request for “freshly made” fries,and the onion rings on burger were barely small. They are ostensibly inviting their customer base to dine elsewhere.
I will not likely be coming back to this location anytime soon.

Forget this place! There’s one employee (not sure if he’s an asst.mrg?), but when he works the night shift, usually around 7:30pm, he always locks up the doors to the dining room. Don’t know what’s his problem because when he’s not working at night, the other people leave it open till almost 10pm.
Now the bad stuff……….
Recently (middle of July), I came to this place in the morning to get something to eat and the “Female Manager- Lydia”, after I ordered my food, told me, that I wasn’t allowed to use the handicap restroom ever, even though, I’m a senior, handicapped and disabled!!
She’s very mean and nasty person and has violated my civil and “ADA” rights. The sign on the handicapped door, shows the both male and female can use it, plus the sign shows it’s a disability bathroom. I’m speaking with a lawyer soon, to stop her from doing this to another disabled person!!!
Most of the people are impolite, discourteous, unfriendly with no business like manners!
This store needs new people and absolutely, a new manager…………
