Approximately 9 PM July 16 ordered a #2 Texas double cashier did not give me a receipt. Sit down and eat my food when I was ready to leave. I went back to the counter ask for a receipt another employee a gentleman from the back challenged me on. Why did I wait 40 minutes after I ate to come back and ask for a receipt and to inform me that The young lady had throwing it away and he was pretty rude about it now I’m having trouble trying to get through y’all website to contact anyone to complain about the service that I received at this restaurant in Iowa Louisiana. Cannot get no cooperation from anyone at the location Noah could I get through the website to leave a message for anyone and another thing another employee was in the back on the grill handling the meat patties with his bare hands and talking on his phone. I would not be returning to Burger King ever again and I hope somebody from the corporate office read this never again

**7/2/18**Don’t go here.Walked in lobby, ordered and waited for 20 minutes. When I heard numbers higher than mine, I asked if they still had my order. She never answered me just turned her back. I stood another ten minutes then told them politely that if they didnt have my food, just give me my money back. She said they had it,they were almost done. They finally gave it to me but with no apologies or even a thank you, even after waiting 30 minutes for a burger and cold fries. Hey Burger King, are you reading these reviews?! Bathroom looked like a bomb went off.** 9/12/18** decided to give location one more chance just to see if they took their complaints to heart. Mistake. Employees hanging out outside(on break?). Maybe they should pick up the BK trash all over the parking lot and sidewalk while they’re out there. Bathroom still disgusting so I walked out. I’m afraid the only solution is for them to shut down at this point.

This location has managers cursing at customers. The manager told my husband that’s a hard working truck driver that are VERY IMPORTANT TO OUR INDUSTRY; they short handed and don’t sit on they ass all day driving. This is a disgrace and he should be taught customer service skills or fired. That’s not courteous to others because you’re having issues with workers, you need to talk with your GM or Corporate. Today is 4-14-25 @ 4:25pm. My husband walked out and went to Arby’s where they have some since.

Keep Driving! Disgusting, very very slow, employees were arguing….bathroom was horrible. There were wet floor signs out like they had mopped…ha! Your feet stick to the floor. There were dead flies in 2 booths. It was even too dirty for the flies.
