The Vacheron skillet was very good. It needs more than four tortillas, though. My only “conplaint” would be the plastic skillet. It would be so much better with an actual cast iron skillet.
The Bonnie was very tasty as well. No complaints.

I came after the lunch rush hour, and I was served and seated right away.
I ordered A Philly steak and cheese sandwich and the food came immediately. It was hot and fresh.
It was a bit small in the portions but to be fair their main focus is on breakfast.
A really nice laid-back feel to the cafe. Nice lighting and decorated really well in the old west theme.
It would be a good place to come and have breakfast or a lunch and sit and linger and talk for a while.
Plus you can get a selfie with the cowboy and the horse!

I love this place! First time here ans I felt really on the OLDWEST of Texas, plus all the decorations on the wall are amazing and of course Santa Riding a Horse, Lol of course SERVICE was great friendly and kind, food is crazy good and the pancakes better try it for yourself.. so come enjoy and bring your hat to match the oldwest.. I LOVE IT!! ❤️ SO MUCH!!

We used to go to the Arlington location, and this was our first time at the Bedford restaurant. Our food was soooo good and came out quickly. Makenzie was awesome…she was very attentive to us even while taking care of other tables, and made sure we had everything we needed.

Great place to eat. We stopped here to grab some breakfast before heading back home (8+ hour drive) We walked in and had a table immediately. The food came to our table quickly. I had ordered the pumpkin belle (stuffed french toast) I highly recommend this place, our server was great and friendly! We stopped in on 11/28/25

9am on a Saturday, very busy but got sat right away. Great service, lots to choose from on the menu. Went with the wild west omlete with hash brown casserole & tortillas as my sides. Very filling and very flavorful. Definitely worth coming back to try some lunch next time.

What an amazing experience! The food was delicious and abundant. Our waiter, Arturo, gave us the best service we’ve had in years! I almost ordered the wrong kind of french toast and he made sure I got what I wanted. Also, I’m a high maintenance customer, my eggs and bacon were spot on. Every request for coffee, cream and to go boxes were responded to quickly. The bathrooms were spotless! I wish we lived closer. This would be our go to breakfast place. Thanks so much!
