Update* Be sure to try the baked potato! It is amazing!
Food is the most authentic Mexican around Pleasant View. Other restaurants in the area struggle to season their food. Guadalajara not only seasons theirs but does so in an authentic way. You won’t be disappointed eating here! Just be patient with Dalton as he is on his toes but also one of the very few members of staff. He does a great job. We will be back again!

Guadalajara has a very friendly staff that is outgoing and makes every visit pleasant. Yesterday I tried the apple cinnamon tea that is served warm. It is absolutely Amazing! Perfect for this time of year.

I’m pretty sure they over charged me. We ordered lunch nachos & a Togo quesadilla. With 2 drinks & cheese dip. It was almost 50. I didn’t think about it till later. But my math it should have only been roughly 35.00.

i ordered chicken cheese and rice and they gave me chicken and rice but no cheese and when I asked for some cheese to put on it she said it would have to order a large cheese dip they said they were going to charge me extra. oh then while I was eating she managed to approach me and tell me to check myself because I left a bad review she is very rude!!!! honestly this is probably the worst restaurant in Pleasant view mainly because the staff is so rude.

Me and my wife asked for a guacamole and it was tasty. It’s rare that Mexican restaurant make it in the right way. I asked for some carnitas and my wife for a chilaquiles. Everything was good even the michelada.
The service was above and beyond.
