My friend and I took a short drive to Hauser Lake, to try out D-MAC’s. Wednesday nights they have a VERY popular Prime Rib dinner special. So popular, it was completely sold out by 6 PM.
Our second choice, their 14oz Ribeye was also sold out.
We ended up going with a breadless Patty Melt and a bunless Fungus Amungus burger. We both agreed that the beef patties were well flavored and large (we both had leftovers).
The view from the bar is wonderful and our server Stacey was great. We’re going to try another time to get their Wednesday special, but if you want to try it, definitely get there REALLY early.
On a side note, turns out the place is supposedly haunted (didn’t experience anything odd tonight). They also have a place that patrons can enjoy Hauser Lake.

Ordered bacon wrapped Jalapeno poppers. They were so damn good.
Also ordered the chicken strip and fries. Very good.

Great place for weekend breakfast with great prices! Hubby had the special chicken fried prime roast-awesome! I had pancakes and eggs-perfect. We were so hungry I didn’t get pictures until almost finished. Kate our waitress was wonderful to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely the place to go at Hauser Lake.

This hidden gem is located off the beaten path. I sat in the bar and was impressed by amazing views of Hauser Lake. There is also a patio if you want to sit out in the sun and drink a cocktail while enjoying the sunsetting. Very relaxed atmosphere with knowledge bartenders.

Some coworkers and I recently dropped in to D-Macs, and it was my first time visiting. First impression was that the place is quite rustic, with a beautiful view of Lake Hauser. Service was great, friendly and nice and fast.
We started with the bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers which were amazing.
While I do recommend the burger that I got (Polyamok? Can’t remember exactly), it was massive; two 1/2lb patties, bacon, and a fried egg, so bring a big appetite.
We ate in the bar so the bartender was pretty much always there and eager to help with keeping drinks refilled.
All in all I highly recommend D-Macs, and I’ll definitely be going back soon.

Great little low key get away with great customer service, food and atmosphere. Enjoy coming in on the evenings. D Macs is joined with the restaurant but a separate business. Great place for some fun and drinks. Can order food but it comes from the restaurant side. Photo taken about 100 yards facing east on frozen Hauser Lake close to closing time.

Went here for lunch with a friend. Great food and great service. They treat you like a good friend here. Casual dining with great food! I came here for dinner with my family the same week. Food was great and there was a live band. Already planning our next visit here

The food is fantastic and the workers are very friendly. Theres a pool table, digital games, and even a jukebox. You definitely get what you pay for here and it is a very nice place to eat at. It is right across the street from Hauser lake which makes it possible to go here to eat after a nice day of fishing. Theres karaoke here too and a fun place to go with a big group. Its a friendly atmosphere and could have good conversations with people here, especially the waiters and waitresses. Kids enjoy the games here also.
