Awful! Picked up through the drive thru. Had to pull forward and wait 10 minutes, drove 15 minutes to eat it at home and found that the fish was overcooked. Fries overcooked. Coleslaw missing from one order and fries missing from the other order. Called to complain and was told it was because they are using different oil. That is why the breading is so dark. I don’t believe that. Probably old oil and it was cooked too long. Fish was dry and tough. Was told they would replace it but I don’t even want to eat there any longer. Lost my taste for it.

They had a very limited LJS menu. And they were still out of things a place that sells fish should have, like lemon or lemon juice, my meal was supposed to have 2 hushpuppies and i got 1, and the fish and chicken taste like it was fried in rancid cooking oil. The person takin my order stated we are more of a kfc then LJS thats why we dont have a full LJS menu. The only thing to their credit was all of my food was fried fresh without me asking but it caused me to have to wait nearly 10 mins for my food in the drive thru, but as i said the oil was spent and old. Then to top it off tge coleslaw was dry like it never seen slaw dressing before it was served, it didn’t seperate in the individual cup it was served in, because there wasnt any juice in the bottom of the cup. I do not recommend at all, and i will not be back to this location in the future

Seems like the recipe changed. Even the hushpuppies taste different. The tartar sauce is still bomb, but what’s dressing without the main dish? Service was fast and the food was made to order. I had a coupon which was nice. They do have great deals as well. Maybe the grease was old? I’ll try again. I love long John silvers. There isn’t any fish restaurants so what do you do?

Fish and shrimp was overcooked and looked like it was under the heat lamp for about 6 hours. They were out of shrimp sauce. I will never go to this location again. The only thing good was the young girl at the drive thru was friendly.

Its January 7th and the music is still Christmas music. The bathrooms look as though they havent been cleaned since Christmas and my husbands KFC chicken was extremely dark, hard and tough. I dont know how this place is still in business. I work in food service and I always make sure my food is presentable and tastes good but I guess not everyone takes pride in their work. The only thing that was good was my LJS fish. We wont be back to this restaurant or recommend it to anyone.

This was the sorriest meal I have ever had. We ordered shrimp and fish. The fish was chewy from being under the warmer. The fries were cold. The biscuits were hard from sitting under the warmer also. We did not get any straws for our drinks. No silverware or napkins and they did not have any sauce for their shrimp. I will not go to this Long John Silvers ever again. It use to be a decent place to eat. The times have changed. The people were polite, but the food was horrible.

Literally the worst service I have ever gotten on a repeated basis. Firstly, the drive thru person speaks so ridiculously fast and then is mad when I can’t understand what they’re saying. Secondly, my order is almost always missing something, every single time. It’s fast food, I get it yknow stuff happens but it’s literally every time I just expect it and try to make the best of it. I go for the Long John Silvers. I love that batter! But honestly if this was just the KFC I never even would’ve went there, and I definitely would never go back if I had and was treated like this. LJS the only thing I’m coming back for is their fish, chicken, and hush puppies. Oh and they gave me a bagged mountain dew for some reason? That was weird. I’m not against it, mind you, just that I think it’s odd.
