My experience wasn’t anything exciting. I went out for lunch on a Sunday and it seemed the older crowd of usual people were there. There was a couple that made comments that they go every Sunday while they were complaining to the manager. The food was average. I sent my steak back to cook a little longer but my order wasn’t messed up and my waitress was polite. I didn’t care for the Hawaiian steak but I wanted to try it, may not be everyone’s cup of tea.

Our service was very poor. Waiter took forever to come serve us and did not get our drink order right. Once she gave us our drinks it took her 5 to 7 minutes to come back to even place our food order. I told her once my food came out I wanted to place a Togo order for my mom and kids. This lady forgot and didn’t come over to our table until 20 minutes later. Once I order the food she disappeared again. The manager had to come over and go check on my food. The time we got seated was 5:32 we did not leave until 7:14 ‍♀️ ‍♀️

New Orleans pasta need to be removed off the menu it’s completely dry no sauce barely any meat in it like 16$ for just mostly noodles .the waiter was nice that’s about it .

Leaha(sp) was the best waitress!! She was patient with my indecision on trying a new food item. She kept us informed on food preparation status. Checked us after each delivery. Even our drinks. She also kept our table clean and mindful of what we nay want to keep when we were quick to slide it away. The meals we chose was Steakhouse burger. My son changed his onion preparation and loved it. I tried a new for me, ribtips with mushroom and onion gravy on top of mashed potatoes. The gravy tasted like it was simmering on low because of how flavorful it tasted. The rib tips were tender. Broccoli was overcooked and almost mushy. I did not send it back.

I just like Cheddars! It’s a long time favorite of mine. The spinach dip, honey butter croissants, Dijon chicken and mushrooms, broccoli cheese casserole and the Monte Cristo wraps. But don’t leave out the huge slice of chocolate cake .. a la mode! The chicken tenders are good when drenched in sauce. Oh, make sure you ask what is good tonight. Sometimes you’ll have a different cook who excels in certain dishes and not sons well in others. Come early or bring something to pass the time as you wait for seating. Keep in mind two can sit at the bar.

Just when you think you’ve already been to the worst restaurant of your life… life humbles you and takes you to Cheddar.

We were greeted immediately when we walked in, which, honestly, was the highlight of the entire experience. And that’s where the positives end.

Our hostess looked less like she was coming to work and more like she was about to hop on stage—chains everywhere. We sat down and eventually the bartender/waitress came by to take our drink and appetizer order. At 7 p.m. on Valentine’s Day weekend, they were already out of onion rings and cheese bites. How?

My kids’ Sprites tasted like straight carbonation with a hint of regret. The spinach dip was basically spinach soup. While serving the chips, our server dropped about a third of them onto the table and floor… and kept it moving.

It took about 30 minutes to get our food, which was impressive considering how many employees were just standing around talking all night. When the food finally arrived: cold pasta, undercooked chicken tenders, a dry burger with a rock-hard bun. My husband’s drink was so watered down it might as well have been a free sample. The guy who handed it to him literally said, “dis yours.” Professionalism was clearly off that day.

Let’s talk cleanliness—or the lack of it. The table still had onions from the previous guests. The floors looked like they haven’t been swept or mopped in years. Most of the employees looked dirty, unkempt, or like they rolled straight out of bed and clocked in. No hygiene. No maintenance. One older, tall employee was even wearing a beanie, which was a first for me in a restaurant setting.

Besides the hostess (who I’ll refer to as “3Chainz”) there was only one other presentable employee—the one with a single curled strand of hair going down her back. That’s it.

Cheddar, I will pray for your establishment because never in my life. My husband had to literally talk me out of calling the health department. This place is dirty, the service is terrible, the food is worse, and the staff is wildly unprofessional.

Hard pass. Never again. Corporate needs to visit this locate fast.
