Hello,
I would like to share my experience regarding my recent visit to your establishment, particularly concerning Daniela, the general manager.
During my interaction with her, it became clear that she needs to work on her customer service skills. It seems that she would rather lose a customer and receive multiple complaints than simply accommodate a request for an extra scoop of guacamole to ensure a guest leaves happy.
I want to point out that during my first visit yesterday, I wasn’t charged for extra guacamole, and the sign clearly states that you can add guacamole and cheese for free. It does not indicate that an extra scoop incurs an additional charge.
This was my second visit to your company, and unfortunately, it will be my last. My first visit was phenomenal, and everything was great, which is why I returned. However, after the interaction I had with Daniela, where she stated she couldn’t assist me, I felt compelled to express my dissatisfaction.
I believe that customer satisfaction should be a priority, and I hope my feedback can lead to improvements in service.

Rarely do I rate a restaurant like this with five stars. Most of my encounters with this restaurant chain and competitors are very average. But, this location checked all of the boxes. A fresh, hot meal in a clean environment with just the right atmosphere.
The prep area was clean and organized and the dining area was clean and organized, boom, that’s all you can ask for. I will revisit this location in the future. Great job guys!

Came in for a late Sunday dinner. To start off I must say that the establishment was extremely clean. I was truly impressed with how nice it looked, kudos to the staff. The food was fresh and the serving line was kept. It was such an enjoyable meal. The staff was also very nice, they are doing a great job. This is one of the best Qdoba experiences I’ve ever had and it’s all because of their staff. Great job!!

Good food and atmosphere very nice today was our first time here ❤️ bowls were pretty good I would highly recommend eating here over local fast food options! Food was fresh we picked our protein and toppings.Our bill for two people was $35 I found that rather high yet on the other hand everything is expensive in 2025!!

I should have listened to the other one star reviews for pick-up/delivery orders…spent over $10 per burrito and I might as well have ordered rice and lettuce burritos cause there was barely any meat or beans in either of them. Ordered them with queso diablo and they completely forgot that too. Rice was undercooked and flavorless. The only thing I could taste was the cilantro and the cholula I put on it before I tossed it in the trash. Not wasting the calorie intake, or my time with this place again.

This location just recently opened and my experience here was on point. First off, the employees were super nice – gave me sizable portions (see picture) and were friendly and welcoming. Food was very fresh, from the veggies to the guac. Loved getting free chips on the side with my bowl – hard to find a place that gives you anything free nowadays (oh and guac is free here too!). Restaurant is clean with lots of seating. Highly recommend this place and will return when in Kenosha again.

I’ve never had a bad experience with qdoba untill this one, idk maybe my hometown one is just super good but I barely got any food in my burrito bowl like it was maybe half full, and the service was pretty disappointing I waited at the counter for a few minutes before someone came up to it. If there’s a different one near by would recommend going there instead of this one

Placed a pick up order for lunch with some coworkers. Items missing and food made wrong. when I tired to call the location no answer and phone hangs up. My nachos tasted like straight lime juice even had my coworker try it to make sure I wasn’t losing it. Worst experience ever with qudoba!!
