We had a gift certificate to come here. Didn’t think too much of it but the food and the service will have us coming back. The pasta is made in house and I can’t complain about the service they were very attentive and caring. I gave 4 stars for the atmosphere by no fault of their own. There’s no buffer door between the cold outside and the main dining room. You basically have to wear your jacket while eating unless you’re sitting all the way back.
Update: we sat on the back dining room. It the heat was blasting but if they pause at all as people were leaving it got colder fast Food still good. Attached are some photos to feast your eyes on at the second visit.

Pasta Cosi consistently delivers an exceptional dining experience. This review reflects our most recent visit. Over the past six years, we have been loyal patrons of this establishment and have never been disappointed with the quality of the meals.
Recently, we celebrated the holidays with a party of six. Our meal commenced with craft cocktails, wine, and a selection of appetizers, including lamb pops, fried mozzarella, eggplant rollatini, and seared ahi tuna. Each dish was expertly prepared and presented. Our entrees included short rib Ragu over rigatoni, Lobster Arrbiata over linguine, and the Mulberry Street special. Desserts featured homemade tiramisu, black and white cake, and expertly crafted espresso martinis.
The head chef, Christian, personally ensured that our meal met our expectations. His commitment to exceptional service is truly appreciated. Our dining experience this evening was outstanding, consistent with our past visits, and we look forward to returning.

Great place! The people here and the atmosphere is wonderful, my only issues is that the for the price I paid for the food, I wanted it to knock my socks off. Yes, the pasta is good, but I feel like I’ve had better for less. Appetizers were great, and so were the drinks, just not blown away by the pasta for the price I paid.

Delicious! Me and my family enjoyed our time there. It seems like everything on the menu is exceptional, so you can’t go wrong. The pasta are big portions to share, and so many good apps. I’m always impressed with their specials menu. The fish dishes are just right. We had the fried calamari and it was very delicious, crunchy and flavorful especially with a dip in Vodka sauce. Why not, A must try place, you will be very satisfied. A gem. We will be back.

Phenomenal! What can we say… It’s not on the menu but the octopus was delicious! A “regular” recommended it. The bolognese was flavorful and the atmosphere was perfect. Antipasti is on point; the Old Fashion with Maker’s Mark was perfect.

I might move to Branford just to be close to this place. Wow. The chicken marsala was out of this world. The penne vodka with chicken cutlet strips was done perfectly and exactly how it’s supposed to taste… delicious. Chocolate mousse cake light fluffy delectable. Gelato was great. Service top notch, professional, friendly and prompt. Food came out quick and hot. Also the bread was phenomenal.

We have come to this cute little spot off the Branford green a couple times and just heard that they are doing brunch on Sundays from 10 am to 2 pm. Each time we have come here it has been a little cold so I would encourage a light sweater if you get cold easily. There was a little confusion about our order as the hostess covered for the server so we wouldn’t be kept waiting to put our order in. We got the lobster and pork belly Benedict and the homemade biscuits and they were kind enough to bring us extra plates as we said we share our dishes. Both dishes we good but did not blow us out of the water. We ended up ordering the fried calimari because we were still hungry. I would recommend checking this place out for brunch or dinner if you are ever in the area.
