This location is so much better than the Ingram location. My husband had never been to the Olive Garden and was skeptical. We sat at the bar and Diego was the best server/bartender. Everything was delicious and the drinks were excellent and the value was great. Overall, we highly recommend as a southside gem for great flavors and great customer service.

Great Olive Garden location the bartender who is working tonight, Friday at 6:24 PM is The Bomb taking care of the whole side by himself very friendly making sure you stay with everything you need. I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely inconvenient.
I called ahead to place a pickup order so I could simply arrive and grab the food. I waited on hold for about 25 minutes on the phone. While I was still on hold, I decided to drive to the restaurant. After arriving, I waited another 10 minutes before anyone helped me place the order.
During the call, the phone was answered three different times, but each time I was placed back on hold so they could supposedly get a server to take my order. The same employee, Grace, answered the phone each time.
When I arrived, I spoke with a manager (I didn’t catch their name) and explained that I had been on hold the entire time and was already inside the restaurant. There were several managers standing near the phone, yet no one helped take the order until I was physically there.
I understand online ordering is available, but if a restaurant offers phone orders, someone should be able to take them in a reasonable amount of time.
Unfortunately, this was a very frustrating experience and not convenient for customers trying to place a simple pickup order.

Clean with an attentive staff. I ordered the Spaghetti and meat balls. Even though it was lunch portions, I thought it was plentiful. My wife ordered the cheese ravioli and it too was plentiful. The included salad and bread sticks added even more food. Everything was cooked to perfection and the taste was on point. BTW the chilled salad plates were a nice touch.

I been to this Olive Garden all the time even for my family’s birthdays. i had gotten good services till later down the years they began giving bad services. sometimes we get good employees and sometimes bad ones. but this is were was more bad and last night was the last straw!! THEY HAD HORRIBLE SERVICE AND THE EMPLOYEES HAVE RUINED MY AUNT’S BIRTHDAY WHO IS AN ELDERLY!! THEY MADE MY GRANDMA AND MY GRANDMOTHER WAIT AND THEY ARE ELDERLY!! FOR 2 HOURS!!!!! Olive Garden is one of my favorite places to eat. Everything is just perfect, the drinks, the soups, and specially the Alfredo pasta with shrimps. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and the soft light makes the experience even better, the service is always great and I love playing the games in the table.
