Excellent Panda experience today in Escondido. Store was clean, inviting, and very cool which was a welcome considering how hot it is outside today. Bathroom, floors and tables were clean, Staff was very polite, helpfull, knowledable, and they were all wearing a smile. Made me feel great, ordered honey walnut shrimp, honey sesame chicken, chowmein, two spring rolls and sweet tea. Food was really super good. Especially the main ontrees. Anything with honey on it is so good. Loaded up the pics and my fortune cookie was just the right bow tied on to this delicious food coma afternoon. Says ” You will be fortunate in everything you do”. Nice. I’ll take it..

This is the third time in a row there is something wrong with the food. My rice was burnt noodles not fresh, 1 piece of beef in my beef and broccoli and small portions. This location is slipping bad. Seems like they just don’t care about quality of food. Gives a bad name to Panda Express.

So sad we are paying more for food. Now the boxes are smaller and 1/2 full. I God seasame chicken as the 3rd item on a bigger plate. It had 3 pieces of chicken.

They seem to have a new manager at this location on E. Valley Parkway. She’s a white large girl who doesn’t seem to do anything to help the customer whatsoever. She talks on the phone and avoid any interaction with the customer. She leaves the rest of the employees to suffer. She needs to go. this was a good place until she showed up.
