Loved every moment we spent at Telva. We went on Saturday around 1pm and our food was served within 15 minutes of ordering. We indulged in the breakfast pide, avocado toast, cilbir (turkish eggs) and the portokalopita. All the bites were so inventive and packed with flavor, but our personal favorite was the avocado toast. The ambiance is beautiful and we believe Telva is one of the best brunch spots in STL!

A delicious, enriching global experience tucked into a beautiful building in Webster Grove. Their baked goods are amazing and the Bosnian coffee was super cool. There’s a whole ritual to drinking it that involves sugar cubes and Turkish delight. They give you printed instructions so you can enjoy it to the fullest. The breakfast pide with an over easy egg and middle eastern meat stuffing is super flavorful and filling. The next-level avocado toast was loaded w cucumbers, fire roasted tomatoes, Kalamata olives, feta, a whole avocado, topped with an over easy egg over Union Loafers sourdough. The ingredients are very fresh and locally sourced, including the eggs from Buttonwood Farms. Everything was topped with fresh herbs that added depth to the flavors. I cannot wait to dine here again!

I cannot say enough good things about Telva at The Ridge. This place is in my top 3 brunch spots and it’s not #2 or #3, ya heard?!?!! Everything on the menu is incredible, no skips! The setting is rustic, communal, and welcoming. The coffee menu is an opportunity to try the best lavender latte you will ever have and the baklava yogurt dish will become your absolute best friend!

An excellent place to bring out of town guests to show off the underestimated St. Louis food scene with a spectacular brunch prepared by a group of even more spectacular people!

Telva at The Ridge, St. Louis has a lovely rustic feel and a cozy atmosphere. The menu is limited, but they offer a wide selection of drinks, including coffee and lattes.

We ordered the Turkish eggs, which were yummy, and the hummus toast, which was delicious in flavor—though the hummus was cold, which we didn’t love. The hot chocolate was very thick; my cousin expected it to be more drinkable and didn’t enjoy it, apparently its one of their famous items.

The only negative was the 30-minute wait time, which wasn’t ideal. Other than that, everything was good.

Some of the most unique breakfast items on offer in the area. Had brunch here and will definitely be coming back. Do not skip the Balkan Coffee. Such a delicious treat and the savory yogurt and eggs was to die for. Amazing location too!

A Pide is an amazing breakfast food! The runny egg and the mildly spicy relish were great additions. My wife had a breakfast sandwich and loved it. The eurocreme latte and the sipping chocolate were excellent!

The food (and latte) were divine. I ordered the Cilbir and it was so good. I don’t even much care for this type of cuisine traditionally but my friend wanted to show me the place. So glad that she did! There was a long line when we got there, but it progressed quickly.

Truly unbelievable food. Super busy but incredibly efficient. We didn’t wait long for our table or food despite it being packed. Hands down the best Turkish eggs I’ve ever had – and I’ve been to Turkey! Don’t skip Telva. Try something new and get a Bosnian coffee while you’re there.

Very nice cafe, I came around 2P on a Saturday. The staff were very nice and helpful. I ordered the sipping chocolate (amazing) and the cilbir. Unfortunately the eggs and tomato sauce were cold, as if it wasn’t fresh. not sure if it was the plating or if it wasn’t supposed to be hot, but a bit disappointing. The flavors were good though!

Very delicious, fresh food. Bosnian owners but market as a Balkan cafe. We got the drinking hot chocolate ($10) which was incredible, delicious marshmallow. The Tahini pastry was delicious just a tad dry. We came around 1:30 on a weekend and were sat right away, and food came out almost instantly.
