We have found our new favorite restaurant in Stuart.
The Chef’s table is now that place. When eating out it’s about the food and then the service and then the location. We visited the Chef twice recently, both experiences provided amazing food. Fresh, Delicious and very flavorful. The salt encrusted branzino was a delight. Last night I enjoyed the lamb and Octopus starter. You can’t find a better restaurant in 100 mile of the Table.

I’ve been coming to Stuart from NJ/NYC for years, and our family has a place on Hutchinson Island. We’ve eaten everywhere, just about, but somehow never managed to eat at The Chef’s Table until tonight. Well, we just had the best meal we’ve had in years in this area, and cannot say enough about how talented Chef Paulo is. His Michelin star restaurant experience shows in the delicacy of his preparations. After having just two pasta dishes we were just blown away; if you want authentic, refined Italian cooking then look no further. His bolognese with homemade tagliatelle is the best I’ve ever had, and that includes Italy (where Chef Paulo is from). My wife’s homemade pappardelle entree was equally delicious. Our server was wonderful and there was an evident positive energy between the staff, who clearly care about their work and take pride in this gem of a restaurant. While the atmosphere takes a back seat to the food, the warm, attentive service and exemplary food are the real and most important stars here. My wife and I can’t believe what we have been missing all these years. We just found our new favorite restaurant and favorite Florida chef at The Chef’s Table. Can’t wait to make it 2x this week!

Chef’s Table catered my best friends wedding, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. Cara was incredibly attentive, and her staff were so sweet, professional, and on top of every detail. You can truly tell they’re a team that cares deeply about their work.
The tables were decorated beautifully, and Cara worked with me (the matron of honor) tirelessly to make sure the bride and groom had an unforgettable day. The food was absolutely fantastic, from the perfectly bite sized appetizers during cocktail hour to the main entrées during the reception, which were all delicious.
Chef’s Table also took food allergies very seriously, making sure they knew exactly who needed specific dishes to fit their dietary needs. That kind of attention and care goes such a long way.
I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. I’d work with Chef’s Table again in a heartbeat and wish I had another event lined up just to have them cater it! I truly appreciate businesses that operate with hard work, dedication, and a no-fuss approach; and Chef’s Table reflects all the qualities I value in a well run, top-notch company.

I came specifically for the grilled octopus, and it absolutely delivered! It’s a true culinary find, especially since quality seafood can be surprisingly hard to come by, even this close to the Atlantic. I’m completely satisfied, giving the dish and the restaurant five stars. Add in the splendid ambiance and the smooth Jazz music, and you have a perfect dining experience.

I’ve dined here for both lunch and dinner. Although each has their own vibe, this dinner was for a dear friend visiting from out of town. Her birthday celebration was met was such a warm welcoming from the hostess, the atmosphere was quaint, cozy and decor perfectly designed, the server was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional, the FOOD was ON POINT!! We opted for the wine pairing and boy, that didn’t disappoint! Everything made our mouths water and savored every bite! Strongly recommend this locally owned, non-chain restaurant. You can tell every dish is made with tender care and attention to detail.

I dislike that they moved around the menu. Been eating there for years and now all the sudden I have to show up a certain time of day to eat the dish I prefer when I’m already driving a hour. Also can’t say no to raw seafood during the chefs tour that’s new because it was never an issue prior. Truly disappointed but overral still an amazing establishment
