Visited on a Tuesday and was surprised that many menu items were not available. However, the waitress was very helpful and guided us to the best options from what they had, which made a big difference.
The food was tasty and well prepared. The bread arrived along with the food rather than earlier, but it was clearly fresh out of the oven and warm, so no complaints there.
Overall, limited availability but good food and great service.

Absolutely wonderful. Had a great server, Hunter, she was very attentive, the food was great. Had the crusted Parm. chicken w/ mashed potatoes. She recommended a few dishes. Also had a couple ultimate strawberry margaritas she recommended those as well. They were fantastic. Overall a very good place to eat & relax. Thank you to the wonderful staff and to the cooking staff (chef), great food.

This was my first time at this Cheesecake! The ambience was great! It was a Friday night very crowded. The food was great! We had a big party celebrating my niece sweet 16th birthday! We got our food in reasonably time! Had great waiters! I enjoyed this location. Ot was very clean. Of course got the key lime cheesecake to bring home!

We typically don’t go to chain restaurants when we travel, but because there is no Cheesecake Factory in our area we decided to give it a try. I have to say the food was absolutely delicious. We started with a Bee Sting Flatbread Pizza. It has Italian sausage, pepperoni, bacon, peppers, vodka sauce, and honey. Those flavors don’t necessarily seem like they would go together, but it was delicious! Then we had the Chicken Bellagio and the Crusted Parmesan Chicken and both dishes were phenomenal! Of course we had to finish it off with cheesecake. Yum!!!

The food here at the Polaris Mall was amazing. We had the best server any restaurant could have hired. Jacob was amazing . I would recommend this young man on any given day. He was polite, very attentive and genuinely friendly. We loved that. It made the wait worthwhile. The Cheesecake Factory Polaris Mall Columbus Ohio…..an excellent place for good food…great atmosphere and just great!!!!

We got two slices of cheesecake (Ghirardelli cherry chocolate and low-licious strawberry) Both were delicious. The service was not very good though. We ordered curbside pickup but the link wasn’t working so we called to explain it wasn’t working and thst we had arrived. The man who answered the phone said, they didn’t have an order in our name to come inside and sort it out. We went inside and it was so busy that you couldn’t even tell who was in line and who wasn’t. We went to the first counter we saw but they couldn’t help and told us to go to the other counter. We did. One girl was trying to help us but the other lady told us to move so she can help someone else. There wasn’t even anywhere else to move because it was so crowded. It was very loud and crowded, definitely not a nice place for a date etc., especially, considering the prices and it being an “upscale” place. The restroom was also a mess and one sink of 2 was broken with a trail of paper towels going out the hall. It was definitely not a good experience.

Brought the kids here for there birthday. We haven’t been to a cheesecake factory for almost 20 years. Had an ok experience while here. The server was nice and got me drinks when I needed refills but she was way over the top animated and way to loud for our liking. The food was good but not great. I got steak and eggs and didn’t see anywhere on the menu where it said the steak size…..well when it came out I was very disappointed. This was the smallest piece of meat I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Wasn’t even close to being full. Everyone else liked their food and we all enjoyed out cheesecake. I dont see this place as a weekly visit like we do with Texas roadhouse but more of a every few years type visit.

Lunch – Peruvian Bowl. Highly recommend! The chicken was tender and perfectly seasoned, there were delicious additions to the bowl pickled onions, vinaigrette pickles, salsa. The plantain portion was small but oh so delicious. And of course, the cheesecake was delicious. I had the lemon meringue, first time for me; absolutely delicious.

Wonderful! Food was amazing! Waiter was one of the best I’ve ever had! Bacon burger hit the spot for sure! With such a big menu everything was made perfectly! Will definitely be making this a regular spot for date night!
