I ordered off their app, and I received my food cold and missing items. I tried to call the restaurant multiple times but it would go straight to voicemail, I went and took the food back. They gave me attitude when I asked them why my food was missing and told the rest was cold. She said the reason I was missing my food was because they didn’t have chalupas, that’s why it wasn’t in there, so instead of contacting me or not charging me for them they just chose not to and keep my money and hope I wouldn’t notice. She gave me attitude when I asked for something in place of them and didn’t offer to fix it. I definitely do not recommend them at all.

Ordered an almost SEVEN DOLLAR Crunchwrap Supreme. There was maybe a teaspoon and a half of meat and LITERALLY NO CHEESE OR SOUR CREAM. When you pay $7 for one item at Taco Bell, you should be able to expect not to be shorted 3 main ingredients. So disheartening that someone would take my money and serve this in return. This seems to be the theme at this location. Don’t give these people your hard earned money. Spend it at a locally owned business who appreciates it. This one obviously does not.

This is the third time that I ordered and they have gotten it wrong. I order online and pick it up so the confusion is gone, well supposed to be, I ordered a crunch wrap supreme and added steak as well yet never get the beef and steak like i put in app. It doesn’t say sub beef it’s says add steak I just don’t get it.

Pretty much every time I come here items are either missing from my order or not the correct items. It’s happened the last 10 times I’ve come to this store. Thats not an exaggeration, I’ve kept track of it hoping it would get better. This place needs to seriously reevaluate their training and order accuracy. It gets old having to double check my items every time I come through the drive through and invariably having to go back and have it corrected. Management needs to hold the employees there accountable and do better.

This is the 3rd time we ordered AND paid $3 for extra cheese on 5 tacos. When a customer pays for extra please make sure they get it. This isn’t even enough cheese without ordering extra.

Thr girl at the window was nice at least. The food not so good. I tried to post q picture of my tacos. No meat whatsoever! No cheese only extra lettuce. Waste of money on food if they cheat you of meat every time.

I got to Taco Bell, said I’d like to take a minute to look at the menu, then was rushed to order. I ordered a supreme steak burrito or something and asked if I could get the sour cream on the side, which they wanted to charge me for so I said never mind.. well that burrito was mostly beans, hardly any steak, and super messy due to the beans. It was such a small burrito for $6. I also ordered this Dorito taco which was 90% lettuce and cracked. I didn’t take a picture of the burrito. I spent $10 on this meal and was sooo disappointed. Not like I’m expecting a 5 Star meal from Taco Bell but dam what a rip off, they don’t give you any meat!

The food was good and so perfect, finally found a good Taco Bell. The staff were all friendly and so kind since the moment I walked through the door. The atmosphere at this location was so beautiful and love the ambience. I will definitely be back!!! We need one like this in Albuquerque, South Valley where I came in from.
