We visited to celebrate our anniversary. The ambiance felt romantic and intimate with the dimmed lights and starry forest setting. The music was a bit loud, since we had to speak louder or get very close to have a conversation, but other than that, the food was delicious and the wine we had was perfectttt.

I want to give a special thanks to Andrew — if our night was special, he made it 10 times more special with his attentive personality. I think my boyfriend and I can agree that every restaurant needs an Andrew. Thank you so much!

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at Timbr in Fort Lauderdale and had an absolutely fantastic dining experience. From the moment we sat down, our server Dani was exceptional. Attentive, friendly, and perfectly dialed into the vibe of the evening.

The ambiance is spot on. Stylish, energetic, and still intimate enough for a special night out. The wine list is seriously impressive and thoughtfully priced. We were thrilled to find our favorite Daou Soul of a Lion at nearly half of what we usually see elsewhere. Huge win.

Dinner was just as memorable. The lobster appetizer was loaded. Honestly more lobster than some main courses we have had at other restaurants. Every detail felt intentional and elevated.

After 9pm the upstairs lounge opens, which is a great bonus. Perfect for an after dinner drink or meeting up with friends without leaving the venue.

Overall, an easy 5 stars. Great food, great service, great atmosphere. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

This is going to be the craziest review ever. I’ll start with a simple don’t waste your time. I will move on to say Andrew was an amazing server with great knowledge of the menu and was very pleasant and informative. We also had the chance to meet Peter the manager and he was also very personable and helpful. Unfortunately I don’t know why but we also had the displeasure to meet the “chef”.
So our dinner experience was going well, amazing service, amazing drinks, I will even say some really good appetizers. The hiccup comes in when we receive our main course. I ordered a Medium Rare Ribeye which is supposed to be featured item on their menu. This is a 16oz 30 day wet aged Ribeye to die for. The price point of $75 isn’t to crazy but definitely would hold high expectations for this dish. Upon arrival to the table I noticed the side of my steak had already been cut into. What seemed to be a temperature check by the cook. My steak was served swimming in a brown sauce that over powered any aging process that had been previously attained. Once I cut into my steak I noticed it to be overcooked. At this point I asked my great sever if that was their standards for a MR as I know that can vary depending on the establishment. Andrew agreed at the moment that the steak definitely looked overcooked but that the lighting could be the issue. At this moment Peter (the manager) got involved and offer to take the steak back to fix it. To my surprise a few moments later Peter and the chef sporting a cool red “not today satin” cap approached the table. At this moment the chef tells me that the steak was cooked to perfection. I obviously disagreed and voiced my displeasure with the steak and even pointed out the poor cooking technique used as the steak was only cooked on one side. To which he responded “it’s no way I can cook that steak to MR if I cook both sides.” I was left in shock and for a loss of words at the moment, so I just said thank you chef have a good night. I have no clue why they thought letting this guy do a table visit was a good idea. He was set so high on his ego that he could not see the poor cooking skills. This place would have gotten a 5 star review had it not been for the want to be Gordon Ramsay of Ft Lauderdale. Crazy part all the other food was great! But this dude messed it all up by thinking he had the people skills to come and deal with guest. Big disappointment. We will not be back.

The atmosphere and service at Timbr was fantastic. Dani was our server, she was tentative and even though she was serving multiple tables, it felt like she was only serving us. She made our visit so special as we were celebrating my in-laws 40th year anniversary. The cocktails were all delicious and the espresso martini was a fantastic desert cocktail. We had the steak, chicken, and duck plates. All of them had great complementary sides. The ribeye was a standout and the fingerling potatoes was my favorite side personally. We had three dessert plates and all were great. The standout were the passion fruit tart and the incredible crème brûlée. Thanks again to Dani and the staff for making this such special night!

I took my girlfriend to Timbr for her birthday, and we were treated amazingly. Our waiter (I wish I remembered his name but he had a man bun) went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

When I called ahead, I mentioned it was her birthday and asked if they could put a cute candle on her dessert and they did not disappoint. Not only did they bring out the dessert with the candle, but our waiter surprised us with birthday shots on him and sang a special birthday song for her over the most uniquely made cheesecake.

After dinner, he spoke with the manager and arranged for us to be taken up to the second floor and that was also such a vibe. The waitress and bartender upstairs immediately wished her a happy birthday where they gave us another complimentary drink and treated us with so much kindness. They were incredibly sweet and added to the whole experience.

The fact that everyone made my girlfriend feel like a VIP on such a special day truly shows how much this restaurant cares about its guests.

And the atmosphere? Stunning. Both the Flower Room and the Dark Forest Room are absolutely beautiful, the pictures are chef’s kiss!

I’ll definitely be coming back and will forever recommend Timbr. Thank you for making her birthday unforgettable!

We had a wonderful experience at Timbr today! The Valentine’s Day special menu was absolutely delicious — every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. The atmosphere felt warm and perfect for the occasion. Andrew, our server, made the experience even better with his attentive, friendly, and professional service. He was knowledgeable about the menu and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the evening. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience, and we will definitely be coming back. If you’re looking for a romantic dinner, TIMBR is truly a dream. The moment you walk in, the décor is breathtaking — elegant, modern, and so thoughtfully designed. And the Flower Room where we ate? Honestly every girl’s fantasy. Soft lighting, gorgeous blooms, and the perfect ambiance for date night, girls night or a special celebration.

Our server Bradley gave us outstanding service. Super attentive, friendly, and on point with every detail — he made the entire experience feel VIP.

We tried several dishes and everything was delicious, but here are my top must-order items:
– Octopus (perfectly cooked)
– Salmon (so flavorful)
– Mac & Cheese (creamy and addictive)
– Cheesecake (a must if you love desserts)
And the Mango Lava Rita… 10/10. Refreshing, fruity, and the perfect cocktail for the night.

The music and ambiance were also perfect. Great vibe, amazing playlist, and the volume was low enough that you can actually enjoy your conversation without yelling — huge plus.

Overall, TIMBR is the full package: beautiful décor, exceptional service, incredible food, and unforgettable ambiance. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to everyone looking for a top dining experience.

I’m giving 4 stars because my filet mignon was not cooked as requested, overcooked.
Also the pasta was a bit too thick and/or undercooked. At this price point, you expect more attention to detail. Aside from that, the food was absolutely amazing.
Waitress and staff were amazing.
Beautiful location and ambiance.

I don’t always give restaurants five stars, especially if they don’t deserve it. However, this restaurant is exactly how a nice restaurant should be. The service was incredible. Every little was thoughtful. My boyfriend and I were celebrating our anniversary and I booked on OpenTable. I let them know it was our anniversary and as soon as we arrived, we were a little early and the hostess asked if we would like to go ahead and be seated or have a drink at the bar. We decided to go ahead and be seated as we were super hungry. The host has asked us if we wanted a boat or a table. We sat in a booth right in front of the kitchen. The view of the kitchen Was really cool. The decor was simple, but elegant, and the booth was made out of some sort of sofa that was so comfortable. As soon as the server came to our table, she congratulated me and my boyfriend on our anniversary and Offer offered us to complementary glasses of Prosecco. I was surprised by the gesture and of course we agreed. We ordered two drinks two appetizers we split a salad and two entrées. I would highly recommend the scallops. They were absolutely delicious. Oh, I completely forgot. We also had a raspberry cheesecake. That was amazing. This gem is totally worth checking out. Honestly, one of my favorite restaurants now in Fort Lauderdale. We will definitely be back. And if you get a chance, try the timbr Old-fashioned they use some type of maple syrup different than most that just makes it super delicious.
