First time back after a not so great experience close to a year. Major improvements have been made! I placed a mobile order in the parking lot, walked in and was immediately greeted by a gentleman behind the counter who asked if he could help me. I let him know I had a mobile order, gave him my name etc. Made a quick trip to the bathroom to wash my hands and my food was hot and ready to go when I came out. Great food, excellent in store experience. Keep up the good work, my kids love Wendy’s and I won’t hesitate to bring them by if every experience is like this one.

The employees need more training on customer service and learning how to operate ordering kiosk system and not get people’s orders mixed up & then have to start all over again. I had to wait 15 minutes at the microphone speaker to make an order. I had went to Dairy Queen and got my order within 5 minutes. Seriously management and the team crew needs improvement.

Might be the worst Wendy’s i have ever seen … the counters are all sticky .. the employees attitudes are just as nast as the store .. and service IS SOOOO SLOWWWW! literally 0 customers in store and still have to wait and get attitude .. ! Go to beaufort Wendy’s

Service is horrible. Waited 20 minutes for a mobile order. Employees did not acknowledge me at all while I waiting. The manager allows the employees to literally curse at the customers and threaten them without saying a word. This place is horrible and corporate will be notified.

First question at drive thru is “do you want to scan your app today?”, to which I answered “yes”. Then an exceptionally uninterested party said “you can order when you want.” After ordering, I pulled forward and tried to get my app scanned. The associate responds, “our scanner is broken.”, and doesn’t give a receipt. Fried lukewarm, frosties okay.

First off if you only allow drive thru say that …walked inside with someone else and tried to use the tablet setup it didn’t work. Walked up to register to order everyone there made eye contact through the corner of their eyes and walked by saying nothing …. Like children doing something bad. One guy walked by 3 times restocking cups but yet no one could tell me they weren’t going to take our order after 5 min I said hello do you want me to go through drive through and a timid young lady asked someone at the window and they nodded at her and didn’t even render a response to us. So all that just so I can now get into a line 5 cars deep that had 2 cars prior. Beef tastes like it’s been left burning it’s dry and look at these nuggets… idk if it’s because it’s Friday or what but usually when I come the nuggets are fresh…with all the idle employees I saw doing nothing kind of strange for everything to be burnt or dry…

Incredibly incompetent employees. Mess up our order two times We thought we had fixed until we got home and realized them order was messed up a third time. Did not get what we wanted I guess we should have checked. But maybe it’s too hard to read a screen that has your order on it

I personally preferred the Bacon Pub Fries (left) over the Baconator Fries. Both were hot and good, but just liked the pub cheese taste better. Glad I opted for the taste test for dinner, now I’m going to probably have a heart attack.
