Rolls are tightly rolled, firm and very generous in portions. I ordered ahead of a time, took the bus and walked over to pick up, it’s a 13-15 min walk from the B-Line stop. On the way back, I couldn’t resist eating one while waiting for my bus. The extra sauce containers are quite large, I’ll be able to save it for another time – it’s more than enough for 2 rolls. Sweet blaze has a soft balance of spice + sweet and the Sidekick is deliciously savory and creamy. I tried it with the Seaside Keto and the Sizzle Belly Kimbap and they both pair well. Well worth the trip for me! I stopped by the park on my way back home to eat and it was a great time. Looking forward to supporting their storefront in the future!

This has to be the best tasting kimbap for the price in all the Seattle area! Super fresh and tasty ingredients that were meticulously crafted and rolled. Favorites were the Seoul Train, K Bop, anchovy, and the keto tuna one. So many good options. The tteokbokki also tasted great! Takeout only but that’s all good! Easy online ordering. Wish you were open a little later.

So yummy! We ordered it and ate it at Black Raven brewery. I liked that one roll has tofu instead of egg which makes it vegan as far as I can tell! Japchae is also delicious and has no meat! I was just guessing it was all vegan, hopefully they can put that on the menu to make it more obvious! Portions are big!

Oseyo is hands down my husband’s and my favorite spot for gimbap. When you think of gimbap, you usually picture the traditional, simple kind you see at the grocery store. but Oseyo takes it to a whole new level.

Their flavors are seriously next-level. One of our go tos is the Buldak gimbap with corn cheese (SO good), and we also love the one with katsu and cabbage salad inside. Every single bite feels perfectly balanced. crispy, creamy, savory, fresh all in one. It’s literally flavor town with every bite.

Gimbap sometimes gets a reputation for being predictable, but Oseyo completely changes that. Each roll feels like something totally new, while still being comforting and familiar. It honestly doesn’t even feel like just gimbap anymore..it feels like a whole experience.

My husband and I treat weekends as our special time to eat out, and we’ll choose Oseyo takeout over a sit-down restaurant any day. That’s how good it is. I’m honestly surprised this place isn’t more popular yet, because it deserves to be the next big thing (even though selfishly I want to gatekeep it ).

If you love good food, creative flavors, and perfectly made gimbap, you HAVE to try Oseyo. Highly highly recommend!

Absolutely delicious kimbap! Take out only so you make an online order, call in the parking lot and they bring it out to you. We got Seoul kimbap, Mushroom kimbap, Firecracker kimbap, and Tteokbokki. We were full and oh so happy! Will be back for sure!

Here in the Seattle area, I’ve tried many Kimbap from restaurants and grocery stores over the years. Some were good but pricy, others were simply tasteless that I wouldn’t eat it even though they were free. (yes, the ones from the grocery stores that you-never-know-how-long-ago-they-were-made.)
When I found out this new Kimbap place, I had to try them. And I’m happy to say that for sure this is the best one in town.
It’s just a good combination of the taste, quantity, and price.
My favorite one is the spicy pork one(K-BOP STAR)!

Great option for any party catering, the presentation and the quality of the Kimbap are exceptional! It was a big hit at the party! Multiple people came to me to ask where I got them.

They do not have a “store”, it is a commercial kitchen. You have to order ahead of time, select your pick up time. Once arrived, you give them a call and they will bring out the order.

I personally love the keto option the most!

If you like Kimbap….YOU MUST TRY OSEYO!

Interesting place where you order online, arrive, and call to pick up your order. A bit difficult to find (small sign on the door would help a lot). The kimbap is excellent and HUGE. The large rolls are about 2 inches in diameter. They’re delicious too. Definitely recommend.

The Kimbap is the best I have had in the Redmond area; very fresh, flavorful, and reasonably priced.

It is kind of difficult to find Oseyo the first time…it doesn’t feel like a restaurant area…but once you do, it is fine to sit and wait for your food.

A great option for Korean street food.

Ordered the beef, tofu, and “oseyo” gimbap along with japchae. All very fresh ingredients and you could actually taste the veggies. Not too much sesame oil flavor compared to other places. To order for yourself (not sure about catering) you go to their website, they give you a pick up time, then you arrive and call the number they provide and someone will bring it out to the car. I will be back!
