Horrible customer service. (The one in Southwest Airlines area) I understand it’s the holidays , some places are short staffed. This place was definitely short staffed. 2 people working and you could tell neither one wanted to be there. The tall guy was at the register the first time I went up to ask what meats were in the 3 meat and how much the pizzas were because there is no visible menu. He wasn’t friendly but he wasn’t rude just seemed annoyed and busy which I get. About an hour later we were ready to eat but just one person was at the register. We have no problem waiting but their pizza stand is pretty tall and if you’re not tall it’s hard to see what pizzas are in the stand on the second and third level even though they are labeled. The shelf labeled sausage was empty and the lady behind the counter filled it. I began to grab one but realized it wasn’t a sausage pizza at all so I left it in there. While doing so it accidentally popped open and I closed it but I never fully removed the pizza from the slot. My step daughter is pretty tall so I asked her to look from above to see what all the flavors were because they were not in the right spot. By that time it was our turn in line and my step daughters had each grabbed a pizza for themselves that they wanted and I asked the lady if she had any sausage pizza. She said “ they are all on the shelves as labeled and please don’t touch anymore pizza boxes because when you do I have to throw them away” she said this in a not so nice way even tho there was a “please” in it. I began to say that the box I touched popped open on accident and I couldn’t see the flavors, and said I didn’t touch any other boxes but she proceeded to tell me I did. I didn’t. She began telling me not to raise my voice at her , again I didn’t but I was annoyed at how she was talking to me it was rude, she continued to say that she is the only one working and she can’t be throwing away pizzas etc.. again I said I didn’t touch any other ones and I’ll pay for what I have and be on my way. She went on about treating people in the service industry nicer it felt like a reverse Karen to be honest I wasn’t even mean, and as I insisted to pay for the two pizzas I have she told me to take them and refused to take my card payment. And as I walked away she said “ Do your hair!” What in the actual ?? Seriously ? You just gave me a speech on how to treat people. It’s like when you try to talk to those people who don’t even let you get a word in because they are too focused on being right and cut you off at every word. Then they want to have the last word . “Do your hair” … good ol’ Omaha.

1st, the customer service was fantastic! It was just about 5pm & they were closing & everything was put away & he literally took the time to make a fresh pizza for me. He was very kinda! The pizza was delicious too!

This is the only hot food available for dinner in the terminal outside of Hudson News market. The website says it closes at last flight. It closed before 7PM when our flight landed and our on time, scheduled connection doesn’t take off until after 9PM.
Years ago, my flight was grounded at this terminal due to weather and we were stuck in the terminal with no food options as well.

Terible Service, employee Mario ( the black guy with 2 earrings ) yelled at customer, slamming pizza pan( maybe he think that action can scare customer) let customer waiting on purpose if you fight back on him.
Not so many choices at the airport but do not WASTE your money.

RUDE STAFF. I’m an amazing tipper and super kind. Here’s how it went.
The workers were nowhere near the register so I walk closer to the staff and ask “Is this where I order?”
(Eye roll from guy with colored contacts) Yea. What do you want?
I placed my order totaling $45. He only gave me 2 chips I ordered 3.
(Me)I’m so sorry. I don’t think you heard me. Completely my
Fault. Can I please get another bag of Doritos.
Staff (Eye roll & sigh) You only ordered 2 bags of chips!
I only tipped $2. I would have given them an awesome tip if they weren’t so rude.
(Me) I hope you have a great rest of your day.

I didn’t say to this to him. However, Sir, no you’re not good. You seem to hate your job making pizzas. Go to school, get a trade so you can live a life that you love.

Rudest staff I’ve ever seen. Black guy that works there talking on his earpiece while taking orders. Older white lady that works there looks like shes about to have a meltdown. When asked for fresh pizzas instead of 2 that who knows how long they’ve been in that oven, the both of them gave a fuss about it. Sooo rude. If u dont like where u work, then quit people. No one needs to take your nasty attitude

I’ve traveled for 7 years for work and haven’t had explosive digestive issues on a plane – until consuming what Omaha calls breakfast pizza there at terminal B. Just don’t. Good luck y’all.
