Ava D was our waitress, and I cannot tell you how AMAZING she was! She was personable, sweet, funny, kept on top of our beverages, came by often to check on us. Not in an overbearing kind of way. Our food was DELICIOUS! Im a huge fan of salmon and mine was done perfectly! 10/10 recommend and sit in Avas section!

All I can say is awesome! 🙂 First time in a Texas roadhouse on our 24 years anniversary celebrated @ this Texas Roadhouse location. I have heard so many positive reviews. What an experience! Thanks to our wonderful server Jessica and to the manager Rachel.
Jessica was showing us all the goodies on the menu/drinks and the manager was very kind to let us sample out some of the side item before we order, because it was our first time ever in a Texas Roadhouse. Thank you!
The appetizer bread was so soft, fresh and sweet taste with a excellent sweet spread. The 16oz prime ribs was worth it. I had prime rib before from other places and the price were the same but smaller. Picture tells a thousand words. We were so full, couldn’t finish our dinner.

I want to start off with Texas is our spot& we love it. Today we ordered my 2 year old grilled chicken she dug into it right away so we thought nothing of it to check it, wish I would have. As I was boxing it I was like to my fiancé wait this chicken is raw and sure enough he checked it and it was raw. My server who was great honestly sent over the manager who had the nerve to ask me if I specified to my server how I wanted the chicken cooked, honestly I’m baffled and beyond upset. Also was asked if i wanted a coupon for the next time. I didn’t want anything but to let the manager know that my 2 year old was served and eating chicken that was NOT cooked & that they have cooks back there who do NOT know how to cook chicken. Yes they were busy but there is not excuse. I am hoping my daughter doesn’t get sick.

Arrived to the roadhouse and was awesomely greeted by some hostess who was very respectful. After this moment I cannot remember one positive thing that our waitress KRYSTAL did for us. Me and my three friends did not cause any harm during this visit but were treated awfully rude by Krystal. While my friend was ordering, she said and I quote, “Speak Up”. I am not a server myself but when someone who is working for a tip based on their performance at a job uses no mannerism and speaks to 17 year old kids like this it feels as if we are being belittled and not cared for like other customers are. Not only was she rude to my friend, she was also hypocritical with this statement. Then we eat our food which was good so I’m not too upset, kudos to the kitchen, we obviously are provided our bills. The ziosk mini(machine) at the table was not working when we attempted to pay for our meals so like anyone we asked her for help because the pay now button was not an option. When we asked for help she attempted to fix it and while doing so stated, “Unplug and replug like your guys PS3’s or whatever”. I’m no genius but I think she’s implying I’m poor because I have a fresh $500 PS5 sitting in my room I’m on while writing this review. I felt disrespected on multiple occasions by Krystal and those 2 stand out highly. Also, her speak up statement was quite hypocritical because as she was attempting to fix the machine at our table to pay she was walking away and talking in which we could not see or hear what she was saying. I am not too sure how we are supposed to hear her then but she has attitude and cannot politely ask someone to speak up when we are within feet away from each other. Krystal is the epitome of a server for this establishment and without her this restaurant would improve greatly.

I took my Wife tonight for dinner. She called 4 times to try to get call ahead seating, no luck. The wait was 40 minutes, not bad. We get our table, the server Mary, was nice and good. We order cheese sticks (best part of the meal). Our steak comes, we both order medium. Cut into them my Wife’s was rare, mine was rare. The server took hers back for a refire. I was trying to make do with mine(I watched my Wife going from mad to furious). The manager came by and I told him they were not going to make another loaded baked potato and corn. He said they will, I didn’t eat mine because it’s rude. Her meal came , medium rare. She said take it back I’m done. I told the manager , we have been coming here for years, not had a bad meal. I said my son works at Outback, we should have went there. I said I will take the bill. He said he would take care of it and the fillets were running undercooked. Wow, after I asked the server and she said they were running true. 1-1/2 hours wasted. When this happens you lose your appetite and it’s ruined. I tipped the server like I would have and left. If the cooks can’t fix a refire then why try for a third strike. Extremely disappointed with the food and lack of competency.

Came today 2/26/26, had to send my steak back 3 times because it came out blue (rare) every time it came out rare… service managers were awesome and understood, thanks to Kevin I think his name was service manager he took my under cook steak back and cook it himself when it came back it was perfect. Thanks. But will not be ordering steak no more from Here since every time my steak always get messed up…

There were four of us and we each had a different steak and they were all tough. Tried to chew it had to take it out of my mouth. Mine was a prime. The manager did his best and gave us a discount and we gave the food back never had such an experience there before can’t believe all four steaks were as tough as they were.

I ordered something simple. A cheeseburger nothing fancy but I ordered medium well. The cook on my burger was more on the medium side. I didn’t notice till I was halfway through because I’ll be honest, it taste really good. Anyway, they tried to convince me that this is medium well. Medium well is slightly pink in the centers not full on pink like this. Other than that the service was excellent. From the hosts, to the waitress and the manager. But this burger was NOT medium well and it only concerns me because I’m pregnant
