We visited there by seeing such good reviews and we didn’t get disappointed. Best middle eastern food we ever had. My wife ordered the tenderloin kebab and I had the curry chicken kebab. Both were amazing and came with a soup on the side – my suggestion is to have the lentil soup. Service was a bit slow but the food made it worth it.

Just was there today off another review on here. It’s a great date place. Very clean, vegan options, good cuts of meat, and great service. Definitely a must if you’ve never been!! Stop in! Chef came right out and gave her process of how she makes the specials! Once again it’s a must
Updated: still a nice place to visit, salmon was really good(5stars) but they’re not offering dine in options which was a bummer because I brought my girlfriend there for a date. They still sat us but was a different experience compared to my first review. Certain menu items arent available as well but I will still continue to come here when I am in town. Tip of the hat to whomever made my salmon today.

Nice ambiance, wonderful food and great service. Their mushroom burger maybe the best in the Detroit area if not the state. Our server Rebecca was awesome and even gave us a taste of the Date Pudding for free and it was delicious! ! Great place to eat if u are picky about what u eat and the quality of the ingredients in your food. They even have vegan and gluten free menu and can accommodate most allergies.

Mmm. Delicious. Kind of a mix of mid-eastern and Indian, both which I like. Not usually big fan of lentil soup, but, quite impressed with this one! My friend said that it had too much curry, but, not to me. We both very much liked lamb kabob. Even the brown rice was good! Loved garlic spread. Kinda overpriced so have to take away a star.

Amazing place, very quiet and cozy place for lunch or dinner. The lentil soup was out of this world. I had chicken shawarma and was extremely impressed. The fresh juice was delicious as well. Our server was very attentive and had a great attitude our meal being delicious was of concern of hers and we very much appreciated that.

We have been going to Loya since it first opened and the food has always been excellent. Today was no different. The two of us had the Lamb Kafka and devoured it. I had the mushroom bisque and my friend tried the lentil soup. Both were very tasty. I like the quiet, laid back atmosphere here because you can actually carry on a conversation. Service was excellent but not hovering. I’ll go back again for sure.
