Jade made my experience feel like it should.
Recommend double chocolate chip cookie and she was right its was amazing! She says she loves her job despite it sometime being a long day and I just love her additude she mad my day ! And my sandwich was delicious! Thank you jade , boss give her a raise.
Last time I came in to this store there was nobody to great me and I was disappointed and left despite a quick remark from my self hello still nobody was there I decided that id give it another try and jade was a highlight of my experience thanks again im glad I gave it another tey

Terrible service. Ordered online to “skip the line” and when I arrived, the order hadn’t even been started. When I asked, she said that “they had been slammed and she threw away my order”. That wouldn’t have been that bad had both team members jumped in to make my 4 sandwiches but instead one worked on restocking versus helping make my order. I definitely won’t be going back. Sad.

Very rude staff member. I was extremely polite the entire time, she rolled her eyes multiple times at me. Asked her to toast two of the subs I had she didn’t toast them at all. Just pretended to do so. Rolled her eyes when I asked her to add more olives. I asked for extra on most of the toppings and she barely put anything on the subs. Had to ask her multiple times to add salt and pepper, oil and vinegar. Very sloppy wrap job as well. Whatever you do don’t go there when there’s a girl with a septum piercing, you won’t be treated nicely at all. Pretty sad because the other girl in there is nice and loads you up. Josh from subway was probably at making our sandwiches. Subway should have Josh train all new people. He was open till closing time. Had fresh veggies and made out stuff quick.
Always a good go to.

It’s 8:40pm Thursday October 23rd 2025. Worker is on her phone instead of making orders and when customers come in she refuses to take their orders. Absolutely rude attitude towards customers. 9:06 came in for a DoorDash and she was still on her phone not taking orders

Needed a quick lunch. Ordered on the app. It was a 27 minute wait just for a 6’ sub lunch. I arrived at the restaurant at the drive through and pushed the button…and waited….and waited….pushed the button again….wait….wait…push again….after 10 minutes I parked and went inside. It was a normal busy. 2 people waiting one picking up. Lady behind the counter is taking her time. I can see my food waiting by the drive through window. After 5 minutes inside it’s finally my turn at the counter. I say may I have my pick up order please; Ive been waiting 10 minutes in the drive through. They have the nerve to ask if I rang and buzzer…aaaaa ya 3 time….she just taps her headset and said “no you didn’t “ “I would have heard it”. I would like my food please can you just get it for me? “What’s your name” “Elizabeth “…..she goes and picks up my order and stares at it a good 30 seconds and slowly approaches the counter…”could it be Beth? “ OMG…yes lady…Beth is short for Elizabeth…may I have my food please? “She rolls her eyes and scoffs at me…then as Im leaving her coworker (both women in at least their 50’s) get snarky and says “you have a really nice day, thanks for coming in…God Bless” dripping with sarcasm. Thinking she being cute and putting on a little show for the rest of the customers. This is the 3 and last time I will go to THIS subway. They are slow rude and they make the skimpiest sandwiches of any Subway I have ever eaten in. My sandwich was actually smaller then the bag of chip. Save your time money patience and stomach …go across the street to Mc D’s.
