This review is actually being done to express my gratitude to an awesome employee Sarah at this location that went above & beyond today after I placed my order! She was very kind & helpful, she also made sure my order was correct and that I received my food in a timely manner! She is the kind of employee that i wish every restaurant could have… she represents Panera well in a professional an outstanding way. I hope she is getting treated well as an employee, and i can see her moving up the ladder if that what she desires! I’m a long term customer of Panera and this location needs to keep great employees as it is in a busy area. Thank you so much Sarah for all your genuine help today, you are truly & angel.

Panera is a solid chain with lots of options. This location has left to be desired. If you saw snails crawling that’s faster than the staff at this place. I’m sure they are nice but 2 people ordered ahead of me. 1 soup and 1 sandwich. I’m next and I ended up waiting half hour additional? No sense of urgency…. With window to see staff work barely moving fast even though items are prepared. My 1/2 sandwich and chips no drink $10 see photo below at the quality. Panera can do better.

Brutal experience. Found out my value duet menu was removed completely. Then ordered a $10 combo and had utensils, sides, napkins, croutons all missing. Full price, no value. Extremely sad to think I loved this company for so long

I came to this location recently to get some carryout. My car broke down and was in the shop, and I looked at renting a vehicle. It was a ridiculous price to rent a car, so I was without a car, and my buddy was giving me a ride home from work. In hindsight, I should have downloaded the app and ordered before arriving. I don’t think they prioritize people who are there vs. online orders.
I ordered the Deli Turkey Sandwich and the Homestyle Chicken Noodle Soup. Both items were delicious!
What I hated about the visit was that it was 20 minutes from the time I ordered until I got my food.
This brings me back to the online orders, and Door Dash was booming

I witnessed a thoroughly obnoxious woman berating a clearly youthful manager over a ten dollar order yesterday. She was verbally assaulting her, relentless. The manager had refunded her the money (when I started listening I assumed it was a large party order the way she way rambling on about being compensated for her ‘inconvenience’. It was ten lousy dollars.) and offered her a complimentary sweet- likely all that was in her power to give. The woman insisted she would get a gift card. I was half tempted to give the woman another ten dollars just to make her leave this young lady in peace.
I was impressed at the team’s handling of this clearly disturbed woman who was truly embarrassing herself. Her time could not have been terribly valuable as she was spending 20 minutes holding up a line just to hear her own self righteous voice talk. They were gracious, courteous and did all in their power to amend the situation.
Please do not be this person. If you are looking to turn ten dollars into 20, go play the stock market. Don’t bully staff.

On this day I was wanting something that would be delicious and fill the sadness in my heart. Food is my therapy. I love your soups and salads, especially the summer favorite, Strawberry Poppy seed chicken salad. Normally my salads at various Paneras are good. This salad today was PERFECT AND EXCEPTIONALLY made! Kalay went above and beyond! It was a true piece of food art, a masterpiece! Which is to say this salad should be featured in your adds and commercials. We don’t always get what is depicted in the media. I personally feel I got the GOLD STAR of salads today. THANK YOU KALAY for not only making a BEAUTIFUL salad but for making my day brighter!

Went for coffee on my drive for a meeting. Super clean place. This place was super large for an average Panera I’m use to going into. I provided a 4 because my order was messed up, but corrected. Plus customer service was lack luster.

Usually the food is good, even though the wait time can be excessive. However, today we found several pieces of plastic in the French onion soup we ordered. The restaurant was notified right away, they apologized and we are waiting for the refund now. For those who ordered the soup today July 7th, please be careful especially when giving it to kids, who can easily choke on this.

I ordered an Italian steak sandwich. It’s a hot sandwich on the menu. I was served it cold. Just so you know, there’s mozzarella in the middle, so the cheese was cold, not melted. Plus, the sandwich was covered in some kind of greasy and sour sauce that I couldn’t eat. Plus, my order was given to someone else and if I wasn’t careful, I would have had to figure out where my order was and wait again. Beware of this place.
