Rosati’s Pizza never disappoints. The slices are always fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The crust has the perfect crisp, and the sauce has just the right amount of tang. The people here are genuinely friendly and make you feel welcome every time you walk in. Service is quick. Definitely one of my go-to spots when I’m craving a good slice. Highly recommend!

Today we were celebrating with our family, ordered from Rosatis, and received a wrecked pizza with toppings/cheese stuck to the box.
When I called the restaurant to fix the issue, I had the pleasure of being put on hold for 20+ minutes and to call the manager tomorrow for a refund.
AVOID AVOID AVOID
Delivery mishaps are going to happen, but the management response to this situation is enough for me to never order from them again.

If I could give negative stars I would! This is their idea of Chicago Deep Dish!!! $63 for two 14”! Called to ask what they made and they defended that their Deep Dish is flat! I wonder if Rosati’s Franchise Standards would accept this???

BUGS BUGS BUGS!
Stopped in to get two slices of pizza for lunch. Was greeted by a bartender from the establishment next door who was visibly intoxicated and running the front of the house. Had a wait for the food which is no problem and several of us in the lobby were asked to go next door and have a drink while waiting because next door was a “full restaurant “. Once the food was done I take it home and take a bite. I looked at the bottom of the box and saw three tiny odd shaped creatures. Looked at them a little closer and they were little bugs with wings. Dead of course but under the pizza. Check your food from this place. They need to be inspected by the Kane County Health Department.

UPDATE:Ordered a slice of pepperoni and fries. The fries are fine but the slice is unacceptable.Filled out the form that was requested by the owner. Their corporate office got back to me saying since they are owned independently the owner would get in contact with me. That was on 09/15 and have heard nothing. Don’t waste your time go right next door to Village Pizza. Its now 09/27 and no one has responded. If I could give 0 stars I would due to their lack of customer sevice.

The girl on the phone messed up our order and forgot an item. The delivery guy didn’t speak any English. My dad ordered roast beef as a topping on his pizza and mentioned it didn’t taste right. He’s been very sick the last 3 days since. All of the food was clearly not fresh, and my dad got sick from his pizza. STAY AWAY!

Ordered a small pizza and kids meal with fries for delivery. The order taker on the phone placed a large pizza so I had to correct her. The foods comes and I see they added an extra order with fries on top of the kids meal with fries. No itemized receipt given. Pizza is not what it used to be. Super thin. And it seems they like to add things to your order to make money. I will probably order again only because they are the closest that delivers but will confirm exactly what I am being billed for. Village is much better except they don’t deliver.
