This location was beyond amazing! We were seated immediately and the menu had a wide variety of interesting dishes. Our server was lovely, checked up on us often. The atmosphere and design of this place is absolutely beautiful! I ordered the Spicy rigatoni pasta which was excellent! An amazing portion size and tasted so good! As for desert, I had the S’mores cheesecake which was SO good! Will definitely be coming back I was super impressed with the service and atmosphere.

On January 18, 2026, A guest and I enjoyed an evening dinner at The Cheesecake Factory on Pittsburgh’s SouthSide. From the moment we walked into their vestibule and main lobby, the place was packed. Guests were lined up waiting for seating, and the front-door staff quoted a 30–45 minute wait.
Instead of standing around, I looked over at the bar area and asked if we could still get a full-service dining experience there and the hostess confirmed yes, dining was available at the bar and high-top tables. We grabbed one of the few open high-top tables (seats four), and there were also several open bar seats available. In total, there were roughly 15 open seats between the bar and high tops, which could’ve easily helped speed up the guest flow if that option was suggested upfront to waiting customers.
Spicy Tuna $18.95
This came out looking great and delivered on flavor. A solid starter to kick off the meal.
Louisiana Chicken Pasta_ $24.95 (my entrée)
Comfort food done right. Great portion size, creamy pasta base, and the crispy chicken gave it that perfect bite.
Skinny Hamburger $17.50 (guest entrée)
A great lighter option from the Skinny Menu. Still flavorful and satisfying without feeling heavy.
Total: $65.70 (before tip)
Everything tasted fresh, came out looking appetizing, and the portions were worth the price. The Louisiana Chicken Pasta was especially filling and flavorful.
Busy, loud, and high-energy—which comes with the territory at Cheesecake Factory on a weekend night. The vibe was lively and the place stays moving.
Service at the bar dining area was solid once we got seated, but the biggest miss was the lack of guidance at the entrance. With open seats available at the bar and high tops, that could’ve helped reduce the lobby congestion and improve the overall customer experience for everyone. With the heavy crowd, we still had a great dinner experience. The food delivered, the atmosphere felt like a popular Saturday-night spot should, and the bar dining option saved us from a long wait. I’d definitely return especially knowing that the bar and high-top seating can be a quicker way to enjoy full service without waiting in the main area.

The Cheesecake Factory definitely has a lively atmosphere and an incredibly massive menu with lots of interesting options. The service was friendly and efficient. the main reason to visit a place called ‘The Cheesecake Factory’ is for the cheesecake, and unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. We ordered four different flavor to try and none of them were good —-i don’t know how to explain but mostly just feel too much sweet creamy flavor in everything!

Don’t fuss about parking someone bumped their head! Plenty of garage parking spaces easy walking distance. Hello staff and management. Your restaurant is especially clean and squared away. Entire staff friendly and polite. Awesome spicy shrimp with black beans dinner. Totally enjoyed the cheese cake . Joseph our server was on point. Thank you for an amazing visit

My boyfriend and I decided to drive about an hour and a half to come here for our anniversary and we are so glad we did! The restaurant was beautiful, the food was amazing (especially fried mac & cheese omg), all of the staff were helpful and friendly. Our server Lexi was so sweet the entire time. She gave suggestions for food when we were unsure of what we wanted and even took one of our appetizers off when we didn’t like it. 10/10 service. She asked if we were celebrating anything today and after telling her she wrote happy anniversary on the plates for our cheesecake. Overall a great experience thanks to Lexi I hope to get her next time we come to the Cheesecake Factory!

This was my first time here and I loved this restaurant. It is absolutely stunning inside! I couldn’t stop looking around at all the beautiful lights and details. Our food was amazing!! My table ordered a good bit, but the service was still super fast. The food came out hot and was plated very neat. I want to give our waiter Candice a big thank you for giving me the best birthday dinner and amazing service!

Paul, our server, was fantastic. He was truly a pleasure to have as a waiter. His smile and genuine positivity made our experience all the better. I was happy to tell him he provided the best experience I’ve ever had there. The gentleman also who took us to our seat was a pleasure. Food was delicious, I scraped the plate. We ordered the cheeseburger spring rolls for an app. I ordered the orange chicken (my go to), a large house salad, and my girlfriend ordered the chicken Alfredo. I ordered the Godiva chocolate cheesecake and she ordered the peanut butter cheesecake. Literally the best experience I’ve had here, and I’ve been going here for years. Ask for Paul as a server if you go!!
